Materials of Mobile Toilets in Jiaozuo and Zhengzhou

Admin October 01, 2026

The materials of mobile toilets in Jiaozuo and Zhengzhou are diverse, including those used in different parts such as the main structure, walls, interior walls, floors, and other components.

Main Structure: The main structure of mobile toilets typically uses galvanized steel pipes or light steel structures as the "skeleton." Galvanized steel pipes have anti-rust properties, enabling them to maintain a long service life in humid environments; light steel structures are characterized by strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring that the mobile toilets remain undeformed after multiple liftings and relocations, providing stable support for the entire toilet.

Walls: The mainstream wall material is sandwich panels, including "color-coated steel sandwich panels" or "composite panels." These materials have color-coated steel or aluminum sheets on both sides, with polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam in the middle, offering excellent thermal insulation and being lightweight for easy movement and installation. Additionally, some mobile toilets use metal carved panels as wall materials, which have a unique appearance and good decorative properties.

Interior Walls: Common materials for interior walls are high-density PVC panels or stainless steel sheets. High-density PVC panels have a smooth surface, are resistant to dirt buildup, and are easy to clean; stainless steel sheets are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, ensuring long-term use of the interior walls.

Floors: Floor materials often include non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber flooring. Non-slip patterned aluminum plates have good non-slip properties, ensuring the safety of users; rubber flooring is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for various harsh environments. Some high-end mobile toilets also add a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer to the chassis to prevent leakage and odor escape.

Other Components: Water tanks and sewage pipes are mostly made of PE (polyethylene) material, which is tough and resistant to low temperatures, preventing cracking in winter; the inner walls of smart eco-toilets use photocatalyst coatings to decompose odor molecules and keep the toilet air fresh; hardware such as door panels, door locks, and handrails are mostly made of engineering plastics or stainless steel to ensure long-term use without rusting or deformation; standard mobile toilets often use eco-friendly fiberglass or stainless steel, offering good waterproof and anti-corrosion properties.
