Jiaozuo Mobile Toilet Construction Plan
Admin October 09, 2026
The construction plan for mobile toilets in Jiaozuo should cover five core aspects: preliminary communication, transportation and site entry, installation and commissioning, basic configuration, and construction organization design. Details are as follows:

I. Preliminary Communication and Plan Determination
- Demand Alignment: Clarify the usage scenario (e.g., construction sites, tourist attractions), duration, quantity, and special requirements (e.g., barrier-free design, environmental protection level) with professional leasing companies. For example, tourist attractions need to consider the ratio of toilet stalls based on visitor traffic, while construction sites should focus on durability.
- Site Survey: The leasing party sends personnel to survey the installation location, confirming power supply, drainage conditions, and site planning requirements. For instance, models with sewage tanks should be selected when there is no drainage available.
- Plan Formulation: Determine the model, quantity, and site entry time based on the requirements, sign a leasing contract, and clarify costs, responsibilities, and delivery standards. For example, the contract should specify compensation terms for equipment damage.
II. Transportation and Site Entry Preparation
- Product Transportation: The leasing company is responsible for transporting the equipment from the warehouse to the site, securing the equipment during transportation to prevent bumps and ensuring the integrity of the main structure.
- Site Preprocessing: Clear the installation area, level the ground (e.g., by laying gravel or steel plates), and inspect temporary drainage and power supply interfaces. For example, drainage slopes should be reserved for construction during the rainy season.
- Certificates and Filing: For large-scale events or construction sites, temporary facility filing should be completed in advance, and the leasing party assists in providing equipment qualification certificates, environmental protection inspection reports, and other procedures.
III. Installation, Construction, and Commissioning
- Equipment Positioning: Use a crane or manual labor to move the main body, adjust the level and secure it, ensuring a tight and wobble-free connection with the ground.
- Function Commissioning: Check whether the flushing system, lighting, and ventilation equipment are functioning properly, and test the water level in the tank and the smoothness of the drainage pipes. For example, the stability of the power supply should be confirmed for electric flushing systems.
- Detail Inspection: Confirm that door locks, partitions, sinks, and other accessories are intact, clean and disinfect the interior, and post usage instructions and safety signs.
IV. Basic Configuration Reference
- Functional Configuration: Each toilet stall should be equipped with an independent compartment, toilet, flushing system, and sink. High-end models can be equipped with soap dispensers and toilet paper holders; solar lights or emergency lighting should be installed externally, and exhaust fans should be installed internally to prevent odors.
- Space Design: The standard dimensions are 1.2 meters wide × 1.5 meters long × 2.2 meters high. It is recommended that the number of female toilet stalls be 1.5 times that of male stalls; barrier-free toilet stalls should be equipped with handrails and be at least 1.5 meters wide.
- Additional Configuration: Insulated toilets should be selected in winter, and sunshades should be added in summer; gender signs and reflective strips should be marked externally, and hooks and shelves should be added internally.
V. Key Points of Construction Organization Design
- Objective Setting: Meet quality standards (wind resistance level ≥ 8, waterproof and leak-proof), safety standards (zero casualties, no risk of tipping), schedule standards (completion and delivery within 72 hours), and environmental protection standards (noise ≤ 60 decibels, garbage classification and removal).
- Team Division: Form a special project team and clarify the responsibilities of the project manager, technical leader, safety officer, etc. For example, the safety officer should supervise the lifting operation throughout the process.
- Site Preparation: Use a total station to measure the ground flatness and inspect underground pipelines; set up fences during construction to avoid affecting surrounding traffic.
