Jiangxi Mobile Toilet Rental Contract
The Jiangxi mobile toilet rental contract typically includes core clauses such as contract parties, the leased item and its purpose, rental term, rent and payment method, service content, responsibilities of both parties, liability for breach of contract, and other agreements. Details are as follows:

I. Contract Parties
Clearly specify the identity information of Party A (the lessor) and Party B (the lessee), including their full names and contact details, to ensure the contract parties are legally valid.
II. The Leased Item and Its Purpose
Party A shall provide mobile toilets that meet usage standards. The quantity, model, and specifications shall be based on the list confirmed by both parties. The purpose shall be clearly defined as temporary use for specific occasions of Party B (such as events, construction, outdoor operations, etc.), and it is prohibited to use them for other purposes.
III. Rental Term
The start and end dates shall be specifically filled in. After the rental term expires, Party B shall return the equipment and ensure it is in good condition. If renewal is required, prior negotiation and the signing of a supplementary agreement are necessary.
IV. Rent and Payment Method
- Total Rent: Calculated on a daily/monthly/per-use basis, with the amount and its capitalized form clearly specified.
- Payment Method: Cash, bank transfer, etc., are supported. Some contracts require an advance deposit, which will be refunded or supplemented after the rental period ends.
- Settlement Rules: If the rental period is less than 15 days, it shall be calculated on a half-month basis; if it exceeds 15 days, it shall be calculated on a monthly basis.
V. Service Content
- Responsibilities of Party A: Responsible for transportation, installation, commissioning, and regular cleaning (e.g., twice a week), as well as environmental deodorization treatment and fecal tank emptying.
- Responsibilities of Party B: Required to clear obstacles at the installation site, cooperate with Party A's operations, and undertake daily cleaning and the replenishment of consumables (such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer).
VI. Responsibilities of Both Parties
- Obligations of Party A: Ensure that the equipment meets standards and provide timely repairs in case of malfunctions; during the rental period, do not relocate or sublease the equipment without authorization.
- Obligations of Party B: Use the equipment properly and compensate at the market price for any damage or loss; notify in advance and pay off the rent before returning the equipment; otherwise, pay for a full month.
VII. Liability for Breach of Contract
If Party B fails to pay the rent on time, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and demand the immediate return of the equipment; the dispute resolution method is usually friendly negotiation or through legal channels.
VIII. Other Agreements
- The contract shall take effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties, with two copies, one for each party.
- Additional clauses are required for special scenarios, such as Party B needing to go through approval procedures in advance for public places, and additional charges for customized appearances or functions.
Notes: The contract clauses shall be adjusted according to actual needs. It is recommended to consult legal professionals to ensure legality and avoid disputes caused by loopholes in the clauses.
