Jiangxi Mobile Smart Toilet Construction
The construction of mobile smart toilets in Jiangxi covers aspects such as event scenario configuration, construction site specifications, and modular product applications, enhancing public health service levels through scientific planning and technological innovation.

Differentiated Configuration for Event Scenarios
Jiangxi has established mobile toilet configuration standards for events of different scales: for small events (under 100 people), 1-2 toilets are configured for every 50 people; for medium-sized events (100-500 people), 2-3 toilets are configured for every 100 people; and for large events (over 500 people), 3-5 toilets are configured for every 100 people. For long-term use areas such as construction sites and scenic spots, 1 toilet is configured for every 30-50 people; for campsites, 1 toilet is configured for every 20 people. This differentiated configuration meets peak demand while avoiding resource waste and taking into account the sanitary conditions required for different scenarios.
Refined Specifications for Construction Site Scenarios
Jiangxi has set four requirements for smart mobile toilets at construction sites:
1. Location Selection and Ratio: They must be located away from main construction roads, material storage areas, and hazardous zones, with 1 unit provided for every 50 construction workers and a male-to-female toilet ratio of at least 1:1.5.
2. Maintenance and Cleaning: The lessee must clean the toilets at least twice daily, focusing on disinfecting contact areas such as toilets and sinks, increasing frequency during rainy seasons, and providing toilet paper, hand soap, and other supplies. Regular inspections of water, electricity, and sewage systems are also required.
3. Safety and Emergency Response: Anti-slip and anti-tipping measures must be taken, with the bottom secured using expansion bolts. Sunshades should be installed during high temperatures. Construction sites must develop emergency plans outlining procedures for handling blockages and equipment failures.
4. Environmental Performance: Products meeting Jiangxi's environmental standards should be selected, prioritizing water-saving and biodegradable waste treatment systems. Connection to construction wastewater systems is strictly prohibited, and waste must be regularly transported by professional units in compliance with the "Jiangxi Water Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations."
Technological Upgrades for Modular Products
Modular temporary eco-friendly toilets, prefabricated in factories and quickly assembled on-site, adapt to the dynamic needs of construction sites. Some products incorporate vacuum + microbial degradation technology, eliminating the need for connection to municipal sewage networks. Waste can be converted on-site into organic fertilizer raw materials, achieving odorless emissions. Additionally, these products support adjustments in the number of toilet stalls and the installation of differentiated modules such as sinks and barrier-free facilities, further aligning with green construction principles. Practices in Nanchang demonstrate that such technologies effectively address the "dirty, messy, and poor" conditions of public toilets at outdoor events, enhancing the technological content and user experience of public health services.
