Jiangsu Indoor Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation process of indoor mobile toilets in Jiangsu typically includes four core steps: positioning and foundation treatment, main structure assembly, internal facility connection, and functional inspection and debugging. Details are as follows:

1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
Determine the installation location according to the site plan, ensuring that the ground is solid and the drainage is smooth. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance to ensure a stable installation foundation. This step is crucial for ensuring the long-term safety of the mobile toilet, especially paying attention to the design of the drainage slope to avoid water accumulation causing structural corrosion or functional abnormalities.
2. Main Structure Assembly
- Split-type mobile toilets: Adopting a modular design, the prefabricated steel structure chassis needs to be placed at the predetermined position using a forklift or manual labor. After adjusting the level, the sandwich panel wall panels are inserted into the chassis slots one by one and fixed with bolts or buckles. Then, the roof panel is installed and sealed to prevent rainwater leakage. Wall installation can usually be completed within 1-2 hours.
- Integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets): The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site, it only needs to be positioned using lifting equipment and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The installation time for such toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours, making them suitable for emergency or temporary use scenarios.
3. Internal Facility Connection
Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be operated by professionals, but the modular quick-connect design can significantly simplify the process and shorten the installation time. For waterless mobile toilets, their core achieves waste conversion through a combination of physical and chemical methods, without the need for an external water source. The installation process does not involve civil engineering excavation or pipeline pre-embedding, resulting in faster deployment.
4. Functional Inspection and Debugging
After installation is completed, a comprehensive test should be conducted, including flushing system pressure inspection, circuit insulation testing, and leak detection (such as doors, windows, and pipeline interfaces) to ensure that all functions are operating normally. During the debugging phase, adjustments should also be made to the ventilation equipment air volume or lighting brightness according to actual usage needs to optimize the user experience.
Mobile toilets in Jiangsu are designed with a focus on flexibility and adaptability, using waterproof and corrosion-resistant materials and featuring a reasonable internal space layout to meet basic usage needs. Waterless toilets, in particular, are suitable for water-scarce or temporary scenarios due to their lack of reliance on water sources and complex pipelines, resulting in higher installation efficiency.
