Jiangmen Temporary Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 09, 2026
The installation of temporary mobile toilets in Jiangmen should be carried out according to standardized procedures based on the type (mobile type, simple construction type, etc.). The core steps are as follows:

Preliminary Preparation
- Site Selection Requirements: Choose a flat, well-ventilated ground, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, water source pollution areas, and busy pedestrian pathways to ensure safety and hygiene during use.
- Site Clearance: Remove debris such as stones and branches from the site to prevent damage to equipment or affect stability during installation.
- Component Inspection: Check the equipment list to confirm that all components, including the main frame, toilet bowl, fecal storage tank, connecting parts (screws, rubber gaskets, etc.), water supply/drainage components (water pipes, water tanks), and auxiliary accessories (doors, windows, handrails), are complete and undamaged.
Foundation Fixation
- Mobile Toilets: Move the main body to the designated location and secure the bottom corners with expansion screws (for concrete floors) or place counterweights (such as sandbags or stones, suitable for soft ground) to prevent shaking or tipping during use.
- Simple Construction Toilets: Assemble the metal or bamboo frame according to the instructions, ensuring verticality; lay a waterproof membrane (thickness ≥ 0.5mm) on the ground to prevent fecal leakage and soil contamination.
Core Component Installation
- Toilet Bowl and Fecal Storage Tank: Align the toilet bowl's drainage outlet with the fecal storage tank's inlet, secure with sealing gaskets or silicone strips to ensure no gaps; for dry toilets, fix the position of the fecal storage tank to prevent displacement.
- Water Supply/Drainage System: For flush toilets, connect the water inlet pipe to the water tank, install the flush button, and test the water pressure; the drainage pipe should be laid at an incline (slope ≥ 5%) to prevent backflow of sewage.
Auxiliary Facility Assembly
- Door and Window Adjustment: Install doors and windows and test their opening and closing flexibility to ensure a tight fit; seal the edges of glass or plastic panels with waterproof glue.
- Accessory Installation: Install handrails on both sides of the toilet bowl, add hooks to the walls (for hanging toilet paper, garbage bags); lay anti-slip mats (thickness ≥ 3mm) on the ground to reduce the risk of slipping.
- Circuit Connection: Connect the power cords of the lighting and exhaust fans, use waterproof sockets; test the power supply to ensure safe use at night.
Sealing and Debugging
- Sealing Treatment: Seal gaps in the main frame and pipe connections with silicone strips to prevent odor leakage; add a sealing gasket to the lid of the fecal storage tank.
- Function Testing: Flush multiple times to check if the drainage is smooth and observe changes in the liquid level of the fecal storage tank; conduct a water flow test on the drainage pipe to confirm no blockages or leaks.
- Garbage Clearance: Remove packaging materials, tape, etc., left over from installation to keep the toilet clean inside and out.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
- Structural Stability: Shake the main frame to confirm no loose components; check if the expansion screws or counterweights are securely fixed.
- Signage Installation: Post emergency contact numbers and usage instructions (such as prohibiting the disposal of debris) outside the toilet.
- Final Acceptance: The installer and the user jointly inspect the functionality, sealing, and safety of the toilet, and sign and deliver it after confirming everything is correct.
Notes: Environmentally friendly toilets may require additional installation of biodegradation devices, and vehicle-mounted toilets need to be fixed to the vehicle chassis and tested for driving stability. Specific operations should refer to the product manual.
