Jiangjin Mobile Toilet Design

Admin October 09, 2026

The design of mobile toilets in Jiangjin encompasses four core systems: structural framework, enclosure and insulation, sanitation and sewage disposal, and auxiliary functions, achieving a balance between functionality and practicality through modular integration.

Structural Framework System

The structural framework serves as the 'skeleton' of the mobile toilet, requiring compliance with mechanical requirements for lifting, transportation, and use. Typically, lightweight high-strength metal materials such as galvanized steel or aluminum alloy are used, with corrosion-resistant steel structures employed in some scenarios to enhance durability. Load distribution calculations are necessary during design to ensure framework stability under both dynamic (transportation vibration) and static (usage load) conditions, while controlling overall weight for ease of mobile deployment.

Enclosure and Insulation System

Material selection for walls and floors directly impacts user comfort and safety. Walls often utilize composite panels, such as metal-faced sandwich panels with polyurethane or rock wool cores, offering insulation, fire resistance (commonly meeting Class A fire standards), and soundproofing, adaptable to outdoor environments with significant temperature variations. Floors must meet slip-resistant, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant requirements, commonly using slip-resistant aluminum plates or PVC composite flooring to prevent damage from moisture or chemicals and reduce slip risks.

Sanitation and Sewage Disposal System

This system is the technological core, with type selection based on usage scenarios:

  • Flush Type: Relies on water supply and drainage pipelines, using water tanks or municipal water for flushing, suitable for areas with water sources and convenient sewage disposal, but requiring regular septic tank cleaning.
  • Vacuum Suction Type: Utilizes negative pressure for rapid excretion suction, conserving water and reducing odors, suitable for high-traffic scenarios (e.g., tourist attractions), but with higher equipment costs.
  • Dry Type: Includes bagging type (feces sealed in replaceable bags) and biodegradation type (decomposed by microorganisms), requiring no water source, suitable for water-scarce or sewage-free areas, but necessitating regular maintenance of degradation bacteria.
  • Chemical Treatment Type: Treats excreta by adding disinfectants and deodorizers, commonly used for temporary events, but requiring attention to the environmental friendliness of chemical agents.

Auxiliary Function System

Human-centered design is reflected in details:

  • Lighting and Ventilation: Natural ventilation (louvers) or forced ventilation (exhaust fans) ensure air circulation, with LED lighting providing energy-efficient illumination.
  • Handwashing Station and Water Supply/Drainage: Flush-type toilets require handwashing stations and pipelines, while dry toilets may simplify this module.
  • Signage System: Clear functional zoning signs (e.g., gender, accessibility) and usage instructions enhance user experience.

Jiangjin mobile toilets, through modular design, can flexibly combine systems according to actual needs, balancing functionality and cost-effectiveness, suitable for diverse scenarios such as tourist attractions, construction sites, and disaster emergency response.
