Iron Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

An iron mobile toilet is a mobile toilet primarily constructed using iron materials, featuring various characteristics and classification forms.

In terms of manufacturing materials: Some companies that mainly deal with iron-related products also operate mobile toilets. For example, Hebei Guangshengye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. primarily sells iron trash cans and other products, and also operates mobile toilets, indicating that iron materials can be used in mobile toilet manufacturing. The public toilets in scenic spots by Lanzhou Tongchuang are entirely welded using thickened galvanized square tubes, which fall within the category of iron materials and can be applied to mobile toilet manufacturing, further proving the feasibility of iron materials in mobile toilet construction. The thickened galvanized square tubes are sturdy and durable, providing stable structural support for mobile toilets, enabling them to adapt to different usage environments and conditions.

In terms of structural composition: Similar to ordinary mobile toilets, iron mobile toilets generally consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Iron materials can be used in the manufacturing of walls, frames, and other structures. For instance, using an iron frame can ensure the overall stability and strength of the mobile toilet, making it less prone to damage during movement and use.

In terms of classification forms:

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Iron materials can be processed and assembled according to different structural form requirements. Single-structure iron mobile toilets are relatively independent and simple, suitable for places with limited space or temporary use. Composite-structure iron mobile toilets may combine multiple functional areas, such as management rooms and disabled-accessible rooms, to meet more complex usage needs.
  • By mobility method: They are classified into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. Due to their relatively large weight, lifting and handling-type iron mobile toilets may require the use of lifting equipment for movement. Powered and towed-type iron mobile toilets, on the other hand, can be towed by vehicles for quick deployment between different locations.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Iron mobile toilets can be equipped with corresponding equipment and facilities according to different sewage treatment methods to achieve effective treatment and discharge of fecal sewage.
