Intelligent Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 26, 2026

Common materials used in intelligent mobile toilets include metal materials, plastic/composite materials, wooden materials, and other special materials, with different materials applied to different structural parts due to their varying properties.

Metal materials are the core framework materials for intelligent mobile toilets. Aluminum alloy, known for its lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties, is often used for the toilet's framework and structural components, ensuring overall stability while reducing transportation and installation difficulties. Stainless steel, with its superior corrosion resistance, is widely applied in hardware components, door hinges, and some exterior finishes, effectively extending service life, especially in humid or coastal environments. Galvanized steel sheets and light steel are also commonly used for frameworks or casings, with galvanization enhancing rust resistance, making them suitable for cost-sensitive scenarios.

Plastic/composite materials are extensively used in internal functional components. PVC boards, with their waterproof, moisture-proof, and easy-to-clean properties, are the preferred choice for internal partitions, wall panels, and ceiling panels, especially suitable for high-frequency use in public places. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) combines high strength with lightweight advantages, often used for casings or overall structures, resisting outdoor environmental erosion while reducing transportation costs. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) boards, with their impact resistance and anti-aging properties, are used for floors or water storage components, ensuring long-term use without deformation.

Wooden materials are primarily used for decorative or natural-style scenarios. Preservative-treated wood, enhanced with chemical treatments for insect and mold resistance, is commonly used for external frameworks or interior decorative strips, creating a warm atmosphere. Eco-wood, as a man-made wood material, combines the texture of wood with the weather resistance of plastics, suitable for areas requiring a natural aesthetic but with high humidity, such as scenic spots or park toilets.

Other special materials are designed for specific functional requirements. Rock wool sandwich panels, with rock wool as the core material, offer excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation, suitable for places with high safety requirements. Antibacterial composite materials, incorporating antibacterial agents like silver ions, inhibit bacterial growth and are commonly used in high-frequency contact areas such as door handles and flush buttons. Color-coated steel sheets, characterized by their rich colors and strong weather resistance, are used for exterior finishes, enhancing overall aesthetics.

The selection of these materials requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as the usage environment, cost, and maintenance frequency. For example, stainless steel and fiberglass-reinforced plastic are preferred in coastal areas, while wooden decorations can be appropriately increased in dry inland regions.
