Integrated Mobile Toilet Production
There are various ways to produce integrated mobile toilets, including manual production by individuals and mass production by manufacturers. The specific methods are as follows:

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets by Individuals
First, select a plastic pallet as the base and fix universal wheels at each of the four corners at the bottom to ensure mobility. Then, place a water storage tank and cut the top to form an open tank, which serves as the main sewage storage space. Invert another water storage tank with an open top and stack it on top of the first tank, securing it with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer structure. Cut a rectangular opening on the side of the water storage tank as the entrance, drill a hole in the interior floor and install a drain elbow and pipe for sewage discharge. Finally, install and secure the toilet, connect the water tank and shower hose, and install the faucet and sink to complete the basic functional configuration. This method has relatively low costs, but attention should be paid to the sealing and load-bearing capacity of the water storage tanks to avoid deformation after long-term use.
Production Using Water Storage Barrels by Individuals
Split a water storage barrel in half lengthwise and fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board as the base. Fix wooden strips on the upper side of the barrel to increase height, cut an opening on the side as the entrance and install a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to form walls, and place the upper half of the water storage barrel as the roof. Apply waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics and moisture resistance, and assemble wooden boards to make a simple door. Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drain pipe, cut holes on the side to connect interfaces, and install a bath heater, toilet, and sink. This method offers high flexibility, but the moisture resistance of the wooden structure needs to be addressed, and the overall stability depends on the material assembly process.
Mass Production by Manufacturers
Manufacturers adopt a modular design with the following advantages:
- Structural Performance: Excellent earthquake resistance, a solid overall structure, light weight, and uniform load distribution, suitable for different terrains.
- Thermal Insulation Performance: Filled with multi-layer panels and thermal insulation materials, the thermal insulation performance is 65% higher than that of brick-and-mortar buildings, making it suitable for low-temperature environments.
- Construction Efficiency: Materials are prefabricated in the factory, and on-site installation takes only about 30 days. Construction can be carried out throughout the year, shortening the project duration.
- Cost Advantage: The overall cost is low, and prices vary according to the order quantity. For example, when ordering 100-199 units, the price is 900 yuan per unit, demonstrating significant economies of scale.
Mobile toilets produced by manufacturers are more suitable for public places or large-scale demand scenarios. Their standardized production ensures stable quality, but the initial investment cost is relatively high. Individual production is suitable for temporary or small-scale use, and the appropriate plan should be selected according to actual needs.
