Integrated Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin September 28, 2026

The installation guide for integrated mobile toilets can be divided into five steps: preliminary planning, material delivery, main body installation, container installation, and other considerations.

I. Preliminary Planning and Site Preparation

  1. Demand Assessment and Model Selection: Estimate the foot traffic, usage duration, ratio of male to female toilet stalls, and accessibility requirements based on the usage scenario to determine the specifications, style, and internal configuration standards of the toilet.
  2. Site Survey and Selection: Choose a flat and solid area, avoiding low-lying waterlogged areas, slopes, or soft soil. Reserve space for the septic tank/sewage storage tank and access for cleaning vehicles. Position the toilet near the water supply and drainage network, away from drinking water sources and kitchens.
  3. Foundation Construction: Pour concrete foundation piers or lay a load-bearing platform according to the toilet's size and weight, ensuring the foundation surface is level to prevent future settlement.

II. Material and Equipment Delivery

  1. Main Body Container Transportation: Use a flatbed truck for transportation. During loading and unloading, use a forklift or crane for steady operation to avoid collision damage.
  2. Inspection of Supporting Components: Check connecting bolts, sealing strips, drainage hoses, ventilation ducts, electrical wiring, and other accessories. Ensure the septic tank, clean water tank, water supply pipes, and valves are complete and in good condition.
  3. Equipment and Personnel Preparation: Ensure that lifting equipment (such as a crane or forklift), level gauges, wrenches, electric drills, and other tools are in place. Installation personnel must possess safe operation skills.

III. Main Body Installation and Fixation

  1. Container Positioning: Use lifting equipment to slowly lower the container onto the foundation. Measure multiple points on the bottom with a level gauge and adjust with shims until completely level.
  2. Container Connection (for multi-unit row installations): If combined installation is required, connect adjacent containers according to design specifications to ensure structural stability.

IV. Container-Type Mobile Toilet Installation

  1. Location Selection: Ensure the site can accommodate the container's dimensions and reserve space for installation and maintenance.
  2. Foundation Preparation: Clear and level the ground, then lay a concrete floor or install foundation columns to enhance load-bearing capacity.
  3. Container Lifting: Use a crane to lift the container to the designated location and adjust it to a level and stable state.

V. Other Installation Considerations

  1. Sewage Pipe Inspection: Before installation, clear debris from the sewage pipe and check if the toilet installation area is level.
  2. Sewage Pipe Positioning: Turn over the toilet to locate the center of the sewage outlet, mark a cross-center line, and extend it to the surrounding bottom area.
  3. Foot Fixation: Determine the positions of the foot screws, drill holes with an impact drill, and embed expansion screw sleeves.
  4. Bottom Sealing: Install a dedicated sealing ring or apply silicone sealant or cement mortar (ratio 1:3) around the sewage pipe to prevent leakage.
