Integrated Mobile Toilet Base Installation
Admin October 06, 2026
The installation of the integrated mobile toilet base can be carried out according to the following steps, and it is necessary to strictly follow the operating specifications to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Equipment and Accessory Inspection: Ensure that the base bracket has no structural damage such as deformation or cracks, that the number and specifications of anchor bolts meet the design requirements (e.g., M10 or M12 bolts), and that the rubber gaskets are free from aging, hardening, or breakage. If any accessories are found to be missing or damaged, they should be replaced promptly.
- Site Preparation: Use a laser level or traditional spirit level to check the flatness of the installation area, with an error tolerance of ±5mm. For soil ground, it should be compacted to a bearing capacity of ≥150kPa to prevent later settlement; for concrete ground, remove surface dust and oil to ensure a firm bond between the bolts and the base surface.
II. Bracket and Ground Fixation
- Bracket Positioning: Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily at the predetermined location and adjust the height of the anchor bolts at the four corners (using a threaded sleeve for assistance is recommended) to ensure that the levelness deviation of the bracket top surface is ≤2mm.
- Bolt Fixation: Select the bolt type according to the ground material—chemical anchors or expansion bolts with a length of ≥100mm are recommended for concrete ground, while for soil ground, a C20 concrete foundation (with a thickness of ≥150mm) should be poured first before implanting the bolts. When tightening the bolts, use a diagonal cross-order and gradually apply force in 2-3 steps to the rated torque (e.g., M12 bolts should reach 50-60N·m) to prevent local stress concentration from causing bracket cracking.
III. Shock Absorber Installation
- Rubber Gasket Installation: Place the shock-absorbing rubber gasket between the bracket and the ground, ensuring that the edges of the gasket are fully in contact with the bracket base plate without lifting or misalignment. For spring shock absorbers, check whether the spring pre-compression meets the design value (usually 10%-15% of the free height).
- Function Testing: After installation, gently push the equipment to observe the response of the shock-absorbing system—the equipment should have uniform rebound without obvious sticking or abnormal noise under normal conditions. If the shaking amplitude exceeds 10mm, check whether the rubber gasket is aged or deformed or whether the spring shock absorber is installed in the wrong direction (e.g., the compression spring is stretched in reverse).
IV. Special Type Installation Example (Mobile Toilet)
- Back Panel Docking: Place the back panel of the toilet flat on a clean ground and adjust the center of the base sewage outlet to align with the center of the panel sewage hole, with a deviation of ≤3mm.
- Combination Fixation: Use stainless steel connectors (such as L-shaped angle brackets) to fix the base and the back panel, with a bolt spacing of ≤300mm, and apply waterproof sealant to prevent leakage. After docking, conduct a water flow test to confirm that there is no blockage or leakage in the sewage pipe.
Key Precautions: Wear safety protective equipment throughout the installation process and avoid working in rainy or strong wind conditions; if the equipment weight exceeds 2 tons, calculate the ground bearing capacity in advance and take reinforcement measures.
