Integrated Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

An integrated mobile toilet is an efficient and practical solution that is prefabricated in factories and can be transported and hoisted as a whole. It is suitable for places such as parks, scenic spots, and post stations, and has characteristics such as durability, environmental protection, and mobility.

Core Components and Structural Types

Integrated mobile toilets are typically composed of modules such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Their structural forms can be divided into two categories:

  1. Monolithic Structure: Designed as an independent unit, suitable for scenarios with limited space or temporary needs;
  2. Composite Structure: Composed of multiple modules, it can be expanded into a large public toilet to meet high-traffic demands.

Based on the method of mobility, they can be classified as:

  • Hoisting/Handling Type: Relies on lifting equipment or manual handling, suitable for short-term use at fixed locations;
  • Powered/Trailer Type: Equipped with a power system or can be connected to a vehicle for towing, flexible for use in itinerant service scenarios.

The method of sewage treatment is a key classification criterion:

  • Water-flush and Waterless-flush Suction Type: Collects feces through water flushing or vacuum suction, requiring regular cleaning and transportation;
  • Recirculating Water-flush Type: Uses biodegradation or physical filtration technology to achieve water resource recycling;
  • Dry Packaging Type: Uses degradable bags to package feces, requiring no water source, suitable for water-scarce areas.

Design Principles and Advantages

Integrated mobile toilets adhere to three core principles: mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and environmental protection:

  1. Mobility: The overall hoisting design supports rapid deployment and relocation, adapting to temporary events or seasonal changes in passenger flow;
  2. Durability: Constructed with galvanized steel, it has strong corrosion resistance and a service life of up to 20 years. Models for scenic spots are further reinforced with thicker materials to enhance load-bearing capacity and withstand harsh weather;
  3. Environmental Protection: Recirculating water-flush and dry packaging technologies reduce water consumption, and fecal treatment devices prevent soil and water pollution;
  4. Customization: The appearance, internal layout, and functional modules support personalized design to harmonize with the surrounding environment.

Expanded Application Scenarios

In addition to tourist sites, integrated mobile toilets can also be used in disaster relief, construction sites, large gatherings, and other scenarios. Their modular design allows for the addition or removal of functional areas (such as accessible restrooms and母婴室 (nursing rooms)) according to needs, enhancing service efficiency. Some high-end models also integrate intelligent monitoring systems to provide real-time feedback on usage status and maintenance needs, further optimizing management efficiency.
