Integral Movable Toilet

Admin September 27, 2026

An integral movable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It has the characteristics of mobility, combinability, and convenient transportation.

Composition Structure

An integral movable toilet is generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, moving device, etc. For example, some have an integrally formed outer shell paired with a reinforced chassis, and are equipped with vacuum squat toilets inside. They use pneumatic flushing, with a single flush requiring only 1 liter of water, saving 80% compared to ordinary toilets.

Classification by Structure and Moving Method

  • Structural Classification: There are two types: single-structure movable toilets and composite-structure movable toilets. The single-structure type is relatively independent and simple, while the composite-structure type may be composed of multiple parts and may have more diverse functions.
  • Moving Method Classification: According to the moving method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling movable toilets, and powered and towed movable toilets. Hoisting and handling movable toilets usually require the assistance of equipment such as cranes for movement; powered and towed movable toilets either have their own power or can be moved by vehicle towing, making them more flexible to use.

Classification by Sewage Treatment Method

  • Water-flush and Non-water-flush Suction Movable Toilets: Water-flush types use water to flush feces, while non-water-flush suction types use a suction device to remove feces.
  • Recirculating Water-flush Movable Toilets: These treat the used water for purification and then recycle it, achieving the goal of water conservation.
  • Dry-packing Movable Toilets: These pack feces with special packaging materials for easy subsequent treatment.

Applicable Places

They are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These places have a large flow of people, and the demand for toilet facilities is temporary or阶段性 (phased). Integral movable toilets can well meet these needs.

Design Principles

The design should follow the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness, being beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency and promoting humanitarianism. The overall structure should consider being lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible. The structure should be sturdy, and at the same time, the height and width of the toilet should be controlled. The moving device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality.
