Installing a Mobile Toilet in the Car
It is feasible to install a mobile toilet in a car, and various related designs and products have already emerged.

Automaker's Patented Design: Some automakers have applied for patents for portable toilets installed in vehicles. These toilets are usually hidden beneath the seats. When needed, they can simply be pulled out for emergency use, effectively addressing the toilet needs of users during long-distance travel, especially considering the long-range capabilities of new energy vehicles suitable for long-distance self-driving. The vehicle-mounted toilet is equipped with a sealed waste collection tank to prevent odor leakage; a negative pressure deodorization system to further purify the air; a constant temperature heating function to enhance user comfort; disposable waste bags for easy cleaning and replacement; and a foldable privacy curtain to provide users with a private space.
Vehicle-mounted Toilet Accessories: Some automakers have also introduced vehicle-mounted toilet accessories, which are typically placed inside the central storage box. When in use, simply lift the lid and place a toilet seat cover on it. Although the functions are relatively simple, they can still meet emergency needs.
Portable Folding Toilet: There are also portable folding toilets available on the market. These products are compact and easy to carry, making them ideal for self-driving trips. In emergency situations such as highway traffic jams, portable folding toilets can provide users with a temporary toilet solution.
Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet: For scenarios requiring more comprehensive toilet facilities, a vehicle-mounted mobile toilet is a better choice. These toilets typically consist of a vehicle chassis, toilet unit, water storage tank, sewage treatment system, and auxiliary equipment. The vehicle chassis provides mobility, allowing the toilet to move with the vehicle; the toilet unit includes multiple independent compartments to meet the needs of multiple users simultaneously; the water storage tank stores clean water to ensure toilet hygiene; the sewage treatment system collects and treats fecal sewage to prevent environmental pollution; and auxiliary equipment such as ventilation devices further enhance the toilet user experience.
