Installation Process of Mobile Toilets
The installation process of mobile toilets mainly includes five stages: pre-installation planning and preparation, main body installation and fixation, waterproofing and odor control and functional system installation, decoration and detail handling, and commissioning, acceptance, and delivery. Details are as follows:

Pre-installation Planning and Preparation
Conduct a site assessment to confirm the ground flatness, geological conditions, and load-bearing capacity. Preprocess soft or uneven ground, reserve operating space, and identify the locations of water and electricity access points. Build a foundation according to the toilet's size, weight, and soil conditions. For a concrete foundation, pre-embed anchor bolts or weld components, keep the surface level, and cure it to the specified strength. Meanwhile, inventory the toilet box, sanitary ware, sewage storage tanks, and other components, and prepare lifting equipment, level gauges, and other tools.
Main Body Installation and Fixation
Use lifting equipment to smoothly lift the box and place it on the foundation through dedicated lifting rings or load-bearing structures. Fine-tune the direction and position to align the base reserved holes with the foundation pre-embedded bolts. Use a level gauge to measure multiple points on the bottom of the box, correct the level by inserting steel plates or leveling shims, and tighten the pre-embedded bolt nuts or use heavy-duty anchor bolts, cables, and other methods for reinforcement. If it is a modular design, connect multiple units with high-strength bolts to shorten the construction period.
Waterproofing and Odor Control and Functional System Installation
Apply polyurethane waterproof coating on the ground and add waterproof membranes at the joints. Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2%. Some high-end models are equipped with biodegradation systems to reduce odors. Connect the water supply and test the flushing function and drainage tightness. Install an electrical control system to ensure the normal operation of ventilation and lighting facilities.
Decoration and Detail Handling
Fix internal facilities such as sanitary ware, door locks, and flush buttons to ensure they are firmly installed and easy to use. Adapt the process according to environmental requirements, such as adding insulation cotton layers in winter and using aluminum foil reflective layers in summer to control indoor temperature differences. Disinfect and clean the interior and place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper.
Commissioning, Acceptance, and Delivery
Conduct continuous flushing tests to check the drainage smoothness and evenly step on the top of the equipment to check the structural stability. Provide an Equipment Installation Acceptance Form, indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions.
