How to Install Telescopic Mobile Toilets
Admin October 08, 2026
The installation of telescopic mobile toilets should be carried out step by step according to their type (integral type or mobile toilet part), as follows:

I. Installation Steps for Integral Telescopic Mobile Toilets
Determine the sewage discharge method
- For packaged or microbial degradation types, there is no need to connect to the sewer pipe. They can be directly moved to the target location and fixed. These toilets handle excrement through built-in collection devices or microbial decomposition technology, making them suitable for areas without sewage pipe networks.
- For flushing types, it is necessary to plan the layout of the sewer pipe in advance to ensure that sewage discharge complies with environmental protection requirements. They need to be connected to the municipal sewage pipe network or equipped with a septic tank, and anti-odor and anti-clogging devices should be installed.
Find the stress points and move the toilet
- Toilets with pointed roof designs: The balance point is near the top. When moving, it is necessary to keep the top stable to avoid structural damage caused by tilting.
- Toilets with flat roof designs: Manufacturers usually pre-install hooks as lifting points for cranes. Professional lifting equipment (such as cranes) is required for moving.
- Small and simple toilets: They are equipped with casters at the bottom and can be manually pushed to move. Large toilets require the assistance of cranes or forklifts, and it is necessary to ensure that the ground bearing capacity is sufficient.
On-site placement and commissioning inspection
- Assemble the components according to the instructions to ensure tight connections (such as walls, roofs, doors, and windows).
- Check whether the internal facilities (toilets, sinks, lighting, ventilation systems) are intact, without damage or looseness.
- Carry out cleaning and disinfection to ensure no odors or pollution and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Test functions such as flushing, sewage discharge, and lighting to ensure normal operation and no safety hazards such as water leakage or electric leakage.
II. Installation Steps for the Mobile Toilet Part (if the telescopic toilet includes an independent toilet)
Install anti-slip pads
- Embed silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners at the bottom of the toilet to enhance stability and prevent sliding or tipping.
Assemble the upper and lower toilet bodies
- Align the buckle positions of the upper and lower toilet bodies and press down until the buckles are fully engaged to ensure good sealing and prevent leakage.
Precautions:
- Before installation, read the product instructions to confirm that all accessories are complete and undamaged.
- For flushing toilets, regularly maintain the sewer pipe to prevent blockage or odor backflow.
- For microbial degradation toilets, add microbial strains according to the instructions and regularly clean up residues.
- Avoid severe collisions during moving to prevent structural deformation or damage to internal facilities.
