How to Install Mobile Toilets in Taichung
Admin October 13, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Taichung follows a three-step process of positioning, assembly, and commissioning. The specific operations are as follows:

I. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
- Site Planning: Determine the installation location based on usage requirements. Prioritize areas with solid ground and good drainage, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or soft soil. If the site is muddy or uneven, harden it in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or lay steel plates to ensure the foundation's load-bearing capacity meets requirements.
- Drainage Design: If connecting to the municipal sewage network, plan the pipeline route in advance and reserve interfaces. For waterless or biodegradable toilets, complex sewage connections can be omitted, but ensure the ground slope facilitates natural drainage.
II. Main Structure Assembly
Modular Toilet Installation:
- Chassis Fixation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel chassis steadily on the foundation. Adjust it to a level state using a spirit level to avoid instability in subsequent facility installations due to tilting.
- Wall and Roof Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wall panels sequentially into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips. After installing the roof panels, perform sealing treatment (e.g., applying sealant or adding waterproof strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Internal Facility Connection: Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), and other equipment, and connect water and electricity pipelines. The modular quick-connect design can shorten connection time, but ensure interface tightness.
Integrated Toilet Installation:
The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. At the site, simply use a crane to hoist the container to the designated location and connect water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. This type of toilet has a short installation time, usually taking 2-4 hours to complete.
III. Functional Inspection and Commissioning
- Flushing Test: Check if the toilet flushes smoothly and if the water volume meets design standards to avoid blockages or leaks.
- Circuit Inspection: Confirm that lighting and ventilation equipment (e.g., exhaust fans) are powered normally, switches are sensitive, and there is no risk of short circuits.
- Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking wall panel joints, roof edges, pipeline interfaces, and other areas to ensure there are no gaps or leaks.
Precautions:
- If connecting to the municipal sewage system or a dedicated septic tank, the installation time will be extended, and coordination with relevant departments is required in advance.
- Operations must comply with the requirements of the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard" (GB/T 21239-2023). It is recommended to be completed by a professional construction team to reduce operational risks and improve efficiency.
