Installation of Mobile Toilets in High-Tech Zone
Admin October 11, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in the high-tech zone should follow the following steps to ensure safety, standardization, and efficiency:

I. Thorough Planning and Preparation Before Installation
Demand Analysis and Site Selection Evaluation
- Estimate the foot traffic and usage duration based on the usage scenario (such as scenic spots, construction sites, or temporary event venues) to determine the toilet specifications (e.g., single-stall or multi-stall combinations) and quantity.
- The site selection should meet the conditions of flat terrain, solid soil, and convenient drainage, avoiding major traffic routes, open flames, or flammable areas, while considering user privacy and convenience.
On-Site Survey and Foundation Treatment
- Accurately measure the site dimensions and inspect underground pipelines and other obstacles to avoid construction damage.
- Pour a concrete platform (slightly larger than the toilet base) or lay graded gravel and compact it to ensure the foundation is level and meets the load-bearing capacity requirements, preventing settlement after long-term use.
Equipment Inspection and Route Planning
- Unpack and inspect the completeness of the components, verifying that internal facilities such as sanitary ware, lighting, and ventilation fans are intact.
- Plan the transportation route, clear obstacles, and ensure sufficient operating space for lifting equipment (such as cranes or forklifts).
II. Lifting and Positioning of the Main Structure
Safe Lifting
- Professional personnel should operate cranes or forklifts, securing lifting straps/steel cables to the dedicated lifting points on the container body, and lifting slowly and steadily to avoid violent shaking.
- Set up warning lines in the lifting area to prohibit unauthorized personnel from entering and prevent accidents.
Precise Positioning
- Lower the container body onto the foundation and adjust it to ensure complete fit and levelness (using a level for calibration).
- For multi-unit modular toilets, lift the modules in sequence according to the design drawings, ensuring accurate docking positions and tight sealing of gaps.
III. System Connection and Internal Integration
- Water Supply and Drainage System: Connect to a clean water source (pre-buried pipeline interface), using food-grade hoses or PPR pipes, and install valves and filters to ensure no leakage at the interfaces.
- Electrical System: Connect to the power supply and test whether the lighting, ventilation equipment, and intelligent control system (if equipped) are functioning properly.
- Special Process Treatment: According to the manufacturer's requirements, for example, products from Sichuan Lulushun need to inspect the argon arc welding seams and the sealing of waterproof materials; products from Mianyang Jiangzhu need to confirm the stability of the integrated structure.
Note: Installation details may vary among products from different manufacturers. It is essential to strictly follow the instructions and have the installation and commissioning completed by a professional team.
