Installation of Mobile Toilets
You can refer to the following methods for installing mobile toilets:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
After receiving the mobile toilet shipment, you need to prepare installation tools in advance, including an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. These tools are crucial for securing components later. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the 4.2-millimeter drill bit should match the rivet specifications, and the rivet gun is used to fix the rivets onto the components to ensure structural stability.
II. Specific Installation Steps
- Corner Installation: First, install the corners of the mobile toilet one by one. As the supporting structure of the frame, the corners need to be installed firmly to provide a stable foundation for subsequent assembly. During installation, check the fit between the corners and the frame to avoid gaps or misalignments.
- Panel Assembly and Fixing: Insert the panels into the slots. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges to ensure a flat panel surface. Then, use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the assembly points, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun. In this step, ensure that the drilling positions are evenly distributed and the rivets are inserted to an appropriate depth to prevent panel loosening due to inadequate fixing.
III. Other Considerations
Mobile toilets typically consist of modules such as fecal wastewater storage tanks (or disposal units), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Some products are partially pre-assembled at the factory. If you encounter difficulties during installation, you can contact customer service for detailed installation instructions or refer directly to the product's accompanying manual.
IV. Installation Difficulty and Recommendations
Some mobile toilets have simplified designs, making the installation process relatively straightforward, and users can complete the installation independently. However, if the product structure is complex or involves water and electricity connections (such as water tanks and sewage systems), it is recommended to have professionals handle the installation to avoid affecting the functionality or safety due to improper installation.
