Installation of Mobile Toilet Piping
The installation of mobile toilet piping should follow the steps below to ensure standard installation and safe use:

1. Determine the Installation Location and Drain Pipe Layout
First, select a site with good ventilation and convenient drainage for installing the drain pipe, avoiding areas with dense human activity or prone to water accumulation. Sufficient space should be reserved at the drain pipe outlet for subsequent connection operations and maintenance inspections. Before installation, plan the pipe route to ensure a short path with few bends, reducing drainage resistance.
2. Connect the Sewage Outlet to the Drain Pipe
Accurately align one end of the drain pipe with the sewage outlet of the mobile toilet. Select appropriate pipe fittings based on the equipment interface type (e.g., threaded, snap-fit). The interface sizes must match exactly to prevent sewage leakage due to gaps. If there is a significant size difference, use a conversion joint or custom-made fittings for adjustment. Maintain alignment of the pipe axes during connection to avoid loosening the interface due to forced twisting.
3. Sealing Treatment and Fixation
Apply specialized sealant (such as silicone sealant or PVC glue) evenly at the interface, ensuring full coverage of the contact surface to form a continuous sealing layer. Allow the sealant to cure for 5-10 minutes after application before proceeding to the next step. After connecting the pipes, use pipe clamps or brackets to secure the drain pipe to the wall or floor, preventing seal failure due to vibration or displacement.
4. Adjust the Pipe Slope and Route
The drain pipe should be kept as vertical or horizontal as possible. If inclined drainage is required, the slope should be controlled between 1%-2% (i.e., a drop of 1-2 cm per meter). Excessive inclination can cause sewage to flow too fast, impacting the pipe walls; insufficient inclination may lead to sewage stagnation or even backflow. Use 45-degree elbows instead of 90-degree elbows at pipe bends to reduce water flow resistance.
5. Testing and Acceptance
After installation, inject clean water into the mobile toilet and observe for leaks at the sewage outlet and drain pipe connections, while checking if the drainage speed is smooth. If leaks are found, disassemble the interface and reapply sealant; if drainage is slow, adjust the pipe slope or clear internal debris. Only after passing the test can the system be put into use.
Precautions: Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid contact with sealant on the skin; if the pipe needs to pass through walls or floors, reserve sleeves and ensure proper fire sealing; regularly inspect pipe connections and sealing layers, replacing aging components in a timely manner.
