Installation of Four Mobile Toilets
Admin October 11, 2026
The installation of four mobile toilets should follow the steps and key points below to ensure safety, compliance, and proper functionality:

1. Confirm the Sewage Disposal Method
Choose an appropriate sewage disposal plan based on the type of toilet:
- Packaged or Microbial Degradation Type: No need to connect to sewer pipes; can be directly moved to the designated location for management, suitable for scenarios without municipal sewage disposal conditions.
- Water Flush Type: Plan the layout of sewer pipes in advance to ensure that sewage discharge meets environmental protection requirements and avoids polluting soil or water sources. If connecting to the municipal sewer network, relevant approval procedures need to be completed; if using a septic tank, space for cleaning and maintenance should be reserved.
2. Handling and Positioning
- Selection of Force Application Points:
- For toilets with a pointed roof design, the balance point is near the top, and vertical stability should be maintained during handling.
- Toilets with a flat roof design usually come with pre-installed hooks from the manufacturer and require the use of a crane or hoist for lifting; small and simple types (less than 4 units) can be equipped with casters at the bottom and moved manually.
- Handling Tools: Large toilets require professional lifting equipment to avoid tipping due to a shift in the center of gravity; for small toilets, ensure that the casters or handling tools can bear the weight.
3. On-Site Installation and Debugging
- Ground Preparation:
- Level the ground and remove gravel or uneven objects to prevent the toilet from tilting.
- Lay anti-slip mats or drainage ramps to prevent rainwater from seeping into the bottom of the toilet.
- Fixing Method:
- Use expansion screws to fix the toilet base to the ground, or use counterweights (such as concrete blocks) to enhance stability and prevent displacement due to strong winds or human collisions.
- Water and Electricity Connection:
- The sewage pipe should be seamlessly connected to the municipal sewer network or septic tank, and the connection should be sealed to prevent leakage.
- The power supply line should be kept away from water sources, and a leakage protection device should be installed to ensure electrical safety.
- Assembly and Inspection:
- Assemble internal facilities (such as toilets, sinks, and ventilation systems) according to the instructions and check that all components are firmly connected.
- Check whether the toilet flushing, lighting, ventilation, and other functions are normal, clean up internal debris, and disinfect to ensure hygiene standards are met.
4. Installation Acceptance Points
- Appearance Inspection: The toilet shell should be free of damage or stains, and labels (such as instructions for use and emergency contact information) should be clearly visible.
- Function Testing:
- Flushing System: Test continuously 3-5 times to confirm sufficient water volume and smooth drainage.
- Lighting and Ventilation: Check the brightness of the lamps and the noise level of the exhaust fan to ensure no odors remain.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Equip with spare toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags, and set up an independent cleaning tool room for daily maintenance.
- Post emergency contact information (such as the management's phone number and maintenance personnel information) for easy handling of unexpected situations.
