Installation Guide for Small Mobile Toilets

Admin October 06, 2026

The installation guide for small mobile toilets should be selected according to the specific type. The installation steps for common basic mobile toilets and assembled mobile toilets are as follows:

I. Installation of Basic Mobile Toilets (Suitable for Simple Home Use)

  1. Check the Completeness of Accessories
Before installation, check the accessory list to ensure that components such as silicone anti-slip pads, upper and lower toilet bodies, and buckles are complete. If any are missing or damaged, contact the merchant promptly for replacement.
  2. Install Anti-slip Pads
Insert the silicone anti-slip pads into the recesses at the four corners of the bottom, ensuring a tight fit between the pads and the toilet body. The anti-slip pads enhance stability and prevent sliding during use.
  3. Assemble the Upper and Lower Toilet Bodies
Align the upper toilet body with the buckle position on the lower toilet body and press down vertically. A clicking sound indicates that the buckle is securely fastened. After assembly, check the connection for tightness to prevent leakage.

II. Installation of Assembled Mobile Toilets (Suitable for Outdoor Kiosk Use)

  1. Prepare Tools and Materials
After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun, and check that components such as panels, corner brackets, and rivets are complete.
  2. Install Corner Brackets
Fix the corner brackets sequentially at the corners of the panels, using screws or rivets for initial positioning. The corner brackets enhance structural stability and prevent deformation at the joints.
  3. Assemble Panels
Insert the panels into the slots, align the edges, and drill holes at the joints (recommended hole spacing: 10-15 centimeters). Insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun to ensure a firm connection between the panels.
  4. Overall Fixation
For column-type structures, secure the columns to the ground or base with expansion bolts; for freestanding structures, check that the joints are level to prevent wobbling.

III. General Precautions

  1. Before installation, read the product manual. Some finished mobile toilets do not require civil engineering and can be used directly by assembling the columns.
  2. For outdoor installations, choose a flat surface to avoid structural instability due to uneven terrain.
  3. If issues such as buckles that cannot be fastened or misaligned panel joints occur during installation, stop the operation and contact customer service for technical support.

Tip: Different brands or models of mobile toilets may have design variations. It is recommended to follow the product manual or customer service guidance.
