Installation Guide for Mobile Toilets
Admin September 27, 2026
Currently, there is no direct illustrated guide for installing mobile toilets, but the key installation points can be summarized based on the textual descriptions of the relevant installation steps.

Mobile Toilet Installation
- Six Simple Steps: First, prepare the necessary installation tools, such as wrenches and Teflon tape. Step 1: Install the toilet flange. Place the flange between the toilet's waste outlet and the floor drain to ensure it is firmly installed and well-sealed to prevent sewage leakage. Step 2: Install the angle valve. The angle valve is a crucial component for controlling water flow. Install it at the water inlet on the wall and tighten it with a wrench, being careful not to overtighten and damage the threads. Step 3: Connect the water inlet hose. Connect one end of the water inlet hose to the angle valve and the other end to the toilet's water inlet. Ensure the connections are sealed, and you can wrap Teflon tape around the connections to enhance the seal. Step 4: Assemble the toilet spray head. Follow the instructions to assemble the various components of the toilet spray head and install it in the appropriate position. Step 5: Place the toilet in the installation position, adjust its levelness, and ensure it makes tight contact with the floor. Step 6: Conduct a water flow test to check if the toilet's water inlet and drainage functions are normal and if there are any leaks.
Toilet Relocation Solutions
- Floor Installation: First, determine the new location of the toilet. Cut a groove in the floor and install the offset connector in the groove. The length of the offset connector should be selected according to the actual relocation distance. Pay attention to the slope of the offset connector during installation to ensure smooth sewage drainage. Generally, a slope of 2% - 3% is appropriate. Then, restore the floor to a flat surface and perform waterproofing.
- Wall Installation: Cut a groove in the wall and bury the relocation pipe inside. This method causes significant damage to the wall and requires consideration of the wall's structure and load-bearing capacity. Ensure tight pipe connections without leaks during installation, and also perform wall repair and decoration work.
- Ceiling Installation: This is suitable for special situations, such as when the bathroom space is limited and relocation on the floor and wall is not feasible. Cut a groove in the ceiling and install the relocation pipe. This method has a high construction difficulty and requires professional construction personnel. Also, pay attention to the fixation and sealing of the pipe to prevent water leakage.
On-site Mobile Toilet Rental and Installation
- Pre-installation Site Survey: Understand the terrain, geology, and surrounding environment of the installation site to determine the installation location and quantity of mobile toilets.
- Foundation Installation Specifications: Based on the weight and usage requirements of the mobile toilets, carry out foundation construction to ensure the foundation is firm and level.
- Zoning Setting Principles: Reasonably set up areas such as men's and women's restrooms and management rooms to ensure convenient and hygienic use.
- Installation Acceptance Points: Check if all components of the mobile toilets are firmly installed, if their functions are normal, and if there are any water leaks or electric shocks.
- Post-event Removal Process: After the event, remove the mobile toilets from the site according to the specified process and perform cleaning and maintenance.
