Materials of Mobile Toilets in Inner Mongolia
The common materials of mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia include those for the main frame, walls, doors and windows, floors, roof structures, and canopies, as detailed below:

Main Frame Materials
Typically composed of welded steel pipes, the base is usually welded with channel steel or I-beams, while the columns often use square steel. Some structures are formed by welding stainless steel plates, with round steel or I-beams used at the base and square steel tubes for the columns. These materials offer high strength and stability, capable of bearing certain weights and pressures, providing a sturdy support structure for the mobile toilet.
Wall Materials
- Metal carved panels: These offer a wide range of colors and patterns, with good thermal insulation properties, and are fire-resistant, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant, meeting the needs of various environments.
- Color-coated steel plates: Composed of a base steel plate and a coating, they are lightweight, easy to transport and install, and relatively low-cost, making them an economical choice.
- Aluminum-plastic composite panels: Made by combining aluminum plates with plastic core materials, they are lightweight, strong, corrosion-resistant, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean and maintain, and offer good sound insulation.
- Anti-corrosion wooden flooring: Can also be used as wall material, providing a natural and warm feel.
Door and Window Materials
- Aluminum alloy doors and windows: Lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, with good sealing properties, they effectively block wind, rain, and dust, and also offer some thermal insulation.
- Plastic-steel doors and windows: Made primarily of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, they have good thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproof, and moisture-proof properties, and are relatively affordable.
Floor Materials
- Anti-slip tiles: With special textures or protrusions on the surface, they increase friction to reduce slip accidents, are durable, and easy to clean.
- Plastic flooring: Lightweight, waterproof, moisture-proof, and wear-resistant, it is easy to install and cost-effective. Some plastic floors also have good anti-slip properties and come in a variety of colors and patterns.
- High-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials: The toilet floor is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic, with array-type circular anti-slip dots on the step surface. Special silicone rubber waterproof seals are installed where the floor meets the walls, offering anti-slip, moisture-proof, easy-to-clean, and wear-resistant features.
Roof Structure Materials
Light steel keel partition wall construction is selected, with national standard stainless steel plates used. Depending on the roof size, national standard square steel tubes (50 - 100) are welded, which undergo complete rust prevention treatment followed by anti-corrosion treatment.
Canopy Materials
High-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic with an overall anti-corrosion design is chosen for the roof, featuring thermal insulation and sound insulation layers. The interior ceiling is decorated with high-quality plastic-steel profiles.
