Inner Mongolia Craft Mobile Toilet
Inner Mongolia craft mobile toilets integrate a variety of advanced technologies and high-quality materials, featuring efficient treatment, durability, ventilation, and odor removal, with a diverse range of brands and types.

Treatment Systems
- Flush-type system: Its working principle is similar to that of a traditional flush toilet, with the water tank and sewage tank integrated inside the toilet body. Equipped with a relatively large-capacity freshwater tank and sewage collection tank, and using high-pressure pneumatic or electric water pumps, it can effectively reduce the amount of water used per flush, meeting water-saving requirements.
- Foam-blocking system: A layer of foam containing special surfactants is applied to the surface of the toilet bowl, serving to lubricate, isolate odors, and reduce water consumption for flushing. The core lies in the coordination between the foam generator and the liquid-level control system. However, the issue of the fluidity of the foam liquid at low winter temperatures needs to be addressed to ensure the normal operation of the system.
- Microbial degradation system: The interior of the public toilet is a bioreactor with specially cultivated microbial flora added. Under aerobic conditions, these microorganisms can decompose excrement into water vapor, carbon dioxide, and a small amount of inorganic salt residues. The interior of the tank is equipped with a heating device and a stirring system to maintain microbial activity and ensure a continuous and stable degradation process.
Wall Structure Materials
- Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP): It has the advantages of fast mold forming, light weight, and good thermal insulation performance. It is suitable for standardized mass production and can quickly meet the demand for a large number of mobile toilets.
- Stainless steel: It has high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term service in public environments or scenarios where chemical disinfectants are frequently used, ensuring the service life and stability of the mobile toilets.
Ventilation and Odor Removal System
It adopts a combination of top exhaust and bottom air intake to form a directional airflow, directly extracting the air inside the toilet cubicle. After treatment by activated carbon filtration or ultraviolet photolysis odor removal equipment, the air is discharged, effectively improving the air quality inside the toilet cubicle. The static pressure and air volume parameters of the exhaust fan, as well as the replacement cycle of the filter materials, are technical parameters that the manufacturer needs to clearly mark before leaving the factory to ensure the ventilation and odor removal effect.
Brands and Types
There are multiple brands of mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia, such as Huajie Lvyuan, Jinhong Pipeline, Shengfeng Shang, and Jintongchuang. The types include mobile toilets, restrooms, and eco-friendly toilets, with materials such as stainless steel, steel structures, anti-corrosion wood, color-coated steel, metal, and aluminum-plastic panels. The uses cover outdoor restrooms, mobile toilets, eco-friendly toilets, construction site toilets, and public toilets, meeting the needs of different scenarios.
