Installation of Imported Single Mobile Toilets
Admin September 20, 2026
The installation of imported single mobile toilets can refer to the installation methods of mobile toilets for events, mainly divided into two parts: planning and preparation before installation, and on-site installation steps.

Planning and Preparation Before Installation
- Site Assessment and Location Selection: Survey the overall layout of the event or construction area. The location should be easy for users to find and reach, typically set at the edge of areas with high pedestrian traffic or near walkways. Consider wind direction to avoid being upwind of the event area. Ensure the ground is flat and solid, capable of bearing the weight of the toilet units and maintaining stability. Be close to existing water supply points and sewage discharge interfaces, or plan in advance the routes for water trucks and fecal suction trucks.
- Determining Requirements and Specifications Selection: Calculate the number and type of toilets needed based on factors such as the expected number of participants in the event, duration, and gender ratio. Single-unit mobile toilets are flexible and can be deployed quickly, but their service capacity per unit is limited, so selection should be based on actual conditions.
- Material and Personnel Preparation: In addition to the toilet units, prepare supporting materials such as pads for stabilizing the toilets on soft ground, potable-grade hoses for connecting to water supply pipes, sewage pipes, necessary tools like wrenches and spirit levels, cleaning and disinfecting supplies, and sufficient consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap. Also, arrange installation personnel or teams with relevant knowledge who understand basic water and electricity connection knowledge and safety operation procedures.
On-site Installation Steps
- Site Leveling and Positioning: Clear debris from the selected area to ensure the ground is flat. If the ground is soft grass or mud, lay pads or wooden planks to distribute the load and prevent the toilets from sinking or tilting. Use measuring tools to determine the exact position of each toilet unit according to the pre-planned layout, considering unit spacing and space for people to queue.
- Unit Placement and Stabilization: Carefully place the mobile toilet units at the predetermined positions using forklifts or specialized trailers. Immediately after placement, use a spirit level to check if they are level. Unevenness can affect user comfort and may cause issues such as difficulty in opening and closing doors and water accumulation inside. Adjust the toilet's bottom leveling feet or insert wedges to level them, ensuring all units are stable and do not wobble.
- System Connection: For toilets requiring water supply, connect one end of the potable-grade hose to a reliable water source and the other end to the toilet's water inlet, ensuring a tight connection without leaks. Open the water source to check the water pressure and vent air from the pipes. For sewage connection, connect one end of the sewage pipe accordingly.
