Huzhou Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin October 05, 2026

The commonly used materials for environmental protection mobile toilets in Huzhou include four major categories: color-coated steel plates, stainless steel, FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), and wooden materials, along with auxiliary materials such as steel structural frames, exterior wall metal panels, thermal insulation materials, non-slip floors, and aluminum alloy doors and windows.

1. Main Structural Materials
Mobile toilets generally adopt steel structural frames as the main support, forming a stable structure through welding or bolt connections to ensure overall wind and earthquake resistance. Steel structures are characterized by high strength and short construction periods, adapting to installation needs in various terrains.

2. Exterior Wall and Roof Materials

  • Color-Coated Steel Plates: Composed of color-coated steel sheets and core materials such as foam or rock wool, they are lightweight, easy to install, and cost-effective, but have average thermal insulation properties. Suitable for short-term use scenarios such as temporary event venues or construction sites.
  • Stainless Steel Plates: High in strength and corrosion resistance, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface and a modern, simple appearance. Commonly used in public areas such as parks and squares where hygiene conditions and aesthetics are highly required.
  • FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic): Made of glass fibers and synthetic resins, it is lightweight yet strong, with excellent corrosion and aging resistance, and can be molded into complex shapes. Suitable for outdoor venues with complex environments such as tourist attractions and seashores, especially resistant to salt spray corrosion.
  • Wooden Materials: Usually preservative-treated wood is selected, which is resistant to insect infestation and moisture after special treatment, with natural textures that blend well with the scenic environment. Often used in parks, resorts, or beautiful villages where ecological aesthetics are pursued.

3. Thermal Insulation Materials
The interior walls are often filled with rock wool or polyurethane for thermal insulation, effectively reducing heat transfer and enhancing comfort in winter. Among them, FRP walls have good thermal insulation properties due to their material characteristics, reducing the need for additional filling layers.

4. Floor and Waterproofing Materials
The floor is laid with non-slip floors (such as PVC or rubber materials), with non-slip patterns designed on the surface to reduce the risk of slipping; the underlying layer is paired with a waterproof layer (such as asphalt felt or polymer waterproof coatings) to prevent sewage leakage and soil pollution.

5. Door and Window Materials
Doors and windows mostly use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass. Aluminum alloys are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, while the insulated glass structure enhances thermal and sound insulation performance, ensuring light transmission to meet natural lighting needs.

Material Selection Basis: The combination of different materials should comprehensively consider factors such as the climatic conditions of the use scenario (e.g., prioritizing FRP in coastal areas), usage frequency (using color-coated steel plates in temporary venues to reduce costs), aesthetic requirements (using wooden or stainless steel materials in scenic areas), and maintenance costs.
