Huzhou Double-Position Mobile Toilet
The Huzhou double-position mobile toilet is a movable public sanitation facility with two independent and isolated toilet spaces, suitable for various temporary or fixed scenarios to meet public sanitation needs.

Structural and Functional Design
The box body of the Huzhou double-position mobile toilet is usually made of high-strength lightweight materials (such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy), balancing structural stability and portability. The internal partitions use thickened panels or composite materials to ensure privacy while meeting requirements for impact resistance and moisture resistance. Each independent unit integrates four core systems:
- Toilet System: Equipped with either a sit-down or squat toilet, mostly made of ceramic or stainless steel, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface.
- Waste Treatment System: There are two modes. The water-flush type relies on an internal water tank (usually with a capacity of 200-500L) and a small sewage discharge pipeline, requiring regular sewage pumping. The waterless biodegradation type uses chemical or biological degrading agents (such as microbial strains) to convert waste into harmless residue. A single treatment can support 30-50 uses, suitable for scenarios without water supply and drainage.
- Ventilation System: It adopts a combined design of forced exhaust and natural air intake. The exhaust outlet is equipped with a low-noise fan (with a power of about 50-100W), achieving an air exchange rate of 60-100m³ per hour, effectively suppressing odors.
- Auxiliary Devices: These include LED lighting (with a power consumption of about 10-20W), paper towel holders, handrails, etc. Some models are also equipped with air conditioners or warm air devices to adapt to extreme climates.
Applicable Scenarios and Evaluation Points
Before renting, the following parameters should be comprehensively evaluated:
- Foot Traffic and Peak Usage: If the estimated daily usage exceeds 200 people, it is recommended to have backup units or shorten the cleaning cycle.
- Site Conditions: A flat and hard ground area of 10-15㎡ (with a bearing capacity of ≥2t/m²) is required. The vehicle access width should be ≥3.5m, and the power interface should meet the requirements of 380V/16A (if fans or air conditioners are included).
- Duration of Use: For short-term events (e.g., within 3 days), one-time degrading agents can be used. For long-term projects (e.g., construction sites), a sewage pumping route should be planned or degrading materials should be regularly replenished.
Commissioning Process
- Transportation and Positioning: Transported by a flatbed truck and positioned on-site using a forklift or crane, with a horizontal error controlled within ±2° to prevent sewage backflow.
- Pre-commissioning Inspection: Check the water level in the tank (for water-flush types) and the amount of degrading agent (for waterless types). Test the lighting and ventilation systems and ensure an adequate supply of toilet paper and disinfectant.
- Maintenance During Use: Empty the residue or pump sewage 1-2 times a day. Deep-clean the toilets and partitions weekly. Regularly inspect the fan filter (recommended replacement every 15 days).
This facility achieves rapid deployment and flexible adjustment through modular design, significantly improving public sanitation service efficiency in tourist attractions, construction sites, large-scale events, and other scenarios.
