Huizhou Boluo Mobile Toilet Construction
The construction of mobile toilets in Huizhou Boluo is primarily based on a modular design concept, featuring rapid assembly and flexible disassembly. It does not require a fixed foundation, making it suitable for temporary sites. The construction process involves material preparation, module assembly, internal configuration installation, and process treatment.

The main materials for mobile toilets are typically high-strength plastics or stainless steel, which possess characteristics such as corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and structural stability, meeting the demands of long-term outdoor use. Modular design is the core of the construction process. Walls, roofs, and internal components (such as squat toilets, washbasins, and exhaust fans) are all designed to standardized specifications, allowing for independent production and subsequent on-site assembly. This design not only shortens the construction period but also reduces reliance on site conditions, making it particularly suitable for temporary events, construction sites, or scenic areas.
The construction process generally consists of three steps:
- Foundation Preparation: Since mobile toilets do not require a fixed foundation, the site only needs to be cleared and leveled before construction to prevent uneven module connections due to ground irregularities. If the site is soft soil or a slope, a moisture-proof pad may need to be laid or the height of the module support feet adjusted to enhance stability.
- Module Assembly: Walls, roofs, and door frames are assembled in sequence according to the design drawings. High-strength plastic modules are typically fixed with clips or bolts, while stainless steel modules require welding to ensure structural tightness. The welding process must meet standards to avoid weak or missed welds that could affect overall strength; cutting and bending operations must precisely control dimensions to ensure module compatibility.
- Internal Configuration Installation: After completing the main structure, devices such as squat toilets, washbasins, and exhaust fans are installed. The squat toilet must be connected to the sewage pipe, the washbasin to the water inlet pipe, and the exhaust fan must have a reserved ventilation opening to ensure smooth exhaust. Additionally, the electrical connections (such as lighting and sockets) must be checked for safety to prevent electric shock risks.
Process treatment is a critical detail in construction: Welding areas must be sanded smooth and painted for rust prevention, cutting edges must be blunted to avoid scratches, and paint must be evenly applied to enhance aesthetics and weather resistance. After construction is completed, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted, including checking whether module connections are secure, whether equipment operates normally, and whether ventilation is adequate, to ensure the mobile toilet meets usage standards.
