Hubei Mobile Toilet Sewage Installation
There are three main technical solutions for mobile toilet sewage installation in Hubei: assembled eco-friendly public toilets, container toilets, and packaged mobile toilets, as detailed below:

Assembled eco-friendly public toilets employ a combined technology of 'foam sealing + microbial degradation'. In the foam sealing process, a foaming device generates high-density foam that covers the surface of the toilet bowl, reducing water flushing volume by over 85% while effectively sealing odors and preventing their spread. After feces enter the fecal storage tank, the pre-embedded anaerobic bacteria inside the tank, such as methanogens and acid-producing bacteria, decompose organic matter under anaerobic conditions, producing biogas slurry and biogas residue. Among them, the biogas slurry can be used as a liquid fertilizer to provide nutrients for plant growth; the biogas residue can be converted into an organic soil amendment through high-temperature composting at 60°C for 72 hours, achieving resource recycling.
Container toilets have two types of sewage systems. Vacuum sewage system: By using a vacuum pump, the pressure inside the pipeline is reduced to -0.06 to -0.08 megapascals. Each toilet flush requires only 0.5 liters of water, relying on strong negative pressure to suck feces into a centralized collection tank. However, this system has extremely high requirements for pipeline airtightness. Double-sided butyl rubber gaskets must be used at flange connections, and the installation torque should reach 40 to 60 Newton-meters to ensure pipeline sealing and prevent leakage. Hydrostatic design: When multiple toilet stalls are installed side by side, the internal sewage pipelines need to be designed with a slope of 1% to 2%. This ensures that the solid-liquid mixture flows smoothly into the main pipeline under the action of gravity. During installation, a level gauge should be used to calibrate the height of the support legs at the bottom of the container, with an error controlled within plus or minus 5 millimeters to ensure the accuracy of pipeline installation.
Packaged mobile toilets use biodegradable packaging bags to immediately seal waste, cutting off dependence on municipal sewage networks and water supply systems from the source. They are suitable for places without water supply and drainage, such as remote mountainous areas and temporary event venues. Installation is relatively simple and does not require complex pipeline and water supply system construction.
