   Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a spirit level. As the foundational structure, the chassis must ensure stability to support subsequent installations.

2. Installing Walls and Roof Panels
   Insert the sandwich panel wallboards sequentially into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips; then install the roof panels and perform sealing to prevent rainwater leakage. This step can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, with the modular design simplifying the operation process.

3. Connecting Internal Facilities
   Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electrical pipelines should be carried out by professionals, but the modular quick-connect design can significantly shorten the time and improve installation efficiency.

4. Functional Inspection and Debugging
   Conduct flushing tests, circuit checks, and leak tests to ensure all functions operate normally. The debugging phase is a crucial step to guarantee a satisfactory user experience, requiring strict inspection of equipment stability.

Installation Process for Integrated Mobile Toilets

Integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets) have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory, making on-site installation simpler:

1. Lifting and Positioning: Use lifting equipment to place the entire structure at the designated location.
2. Connecting Water, Electricity, and Sewage Pipes: Connect to municipal water supply, drainage, and electrical systems to ensure basic functionality.
   The overall installation time for such toilets can be reduced to 2-4 hours, significantly improving construction efficiency.

Progress of Mobile Public Toilet Construction in Huaxian

To promote the creation of a national hygienic county, Huaxian plans to add 94 new all-steel-frame mobile public toilets in the urban area, each covering an area of about 20 square meters and equipped with 3 gender-neutral restrooms, 1 accessible restroom, and 1 management room. The toilets are equipped with independent exhaust systems, LED information screens, motion-sensor energy-saving lights, and emergency assistance buttons, managed by dedicated personnel to maintain hygiene. Currently, more than 50 have been installed, with work ongoing on water and electricity connections and accessible ramps, expected to be put into use in June.
