Huangshi Craft Mobile Toilet

Admin October 01, 2026

The Huangshi craft mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly mobile sanitation facility that integrates polymer material science, fluid mechanics, and modular structural mechanics. Its core processes cover five major aspects: production and manufacturing, sewage discharge systems, modular design, environmental protection treatment, and construction plans.

1. Production and Manufacturing Process
The production of Huangshi mobile toilets is based on systematic technological integration. Taking Changzhou Runlong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, the process includes material forming, sewage system integration, and modular assembly. The outer shell is made of high-density polyethylene or fiberglass-reinforced plastic, formed through rotational molding or hand lay-up processes to ensure lightweight and corrosion-resistant structures. The sewage treatment system needs to be pre-integrated into the main structure, involving pipeline layout and fluid dynamics design, laying the foundation for subsequent functional realization.

2. Sewage Discharge System Design
The sewage pipeline relies on gravity differences and air pressure balance to achieve directional flow, with pipelines designed at a 45-degree angle to reduce the risk of blockages. The water tank is equipped with a siphon structure that maintains instantaneous negative pressure during flushing through water level differences, ensuring rapid excretion discharge. Some models introduce foam sealing technology, covering the surface of excreta with foaming agents to reduce odor diffusion and achieve water conservation, with a water-saving rate of over 90%.

3. Modular Assembly and Transportation Adaptation
The main body of the mobile toilet is divided into four parts: the roof panel, floor panel, side walls, and sanitary components. Modules are connected through pre-embedded bolts or clips, facilitating quick assembly and disassembly. Manufacturers need to optimize designs based on transportation routes: if passing through mountainous or narrow roads, the side wall height is limited to within 2.4 meters to comply with truck height restrictions; if installed in coastal areas, metal connectors must be made of stainless steel to prevent chloride ion corrosion.

4. Environmental Protection System
It incorporates a built-in "septic-degradation-separation" unit. After excreta enters the collection tank, it undergoes microbial degradation or solid-liquid separation treatment. The liquid is converted into reclaimed water through multi-stage filtration for reuse in flushing; the solid residue is decomposed into odorless organic fertilizer, achieving resource recycling. Some models adopt biodegradation technology, using specific bacterial strains to accelerate organic matter decomposition, further shortening the treatment cycle.

5. Construction Plan
The construction process includes surveying and staking, foundation construction, main structure installation, utility connection, interior decoration, and trial operation. Key points include: the foundation must be stable to withstand usage loads; the main structure should balance safety and aesthetics; utility installations (such as water and electricity pipelines) must comply with regulations; interior decoration should use environmentally friendly materials; and the exterior design should integrate urban characteristics, such as incorporating local cultural elements or color schemes.
