To further tap into local characteristic resources and develop the coastal tourism industry, it is planned to create a characteristic coastal tourism model village by implementing the Container Art Block Project. The estimated total investment for the project is 4 million yuan, and it is expected to be implemented in two phases. Phase I involves the construction of a comprehensive demonstration base in Sanzhou Village, while Phase II focuses on creating art container shops and fishing areas.

II. Characteristics of Container Mobile Houses

1. Modular Design: Container mobile houses adopt a modular design, facilitating rapid construction and flexible configuration. They can be expanded in space or partitioned for different functions according to needs.

However, due to a significant funding shortfall and financial difficulties, sufficient funds cannot be raised, resulting in a delay in project construction.

In the Sanzhou Village project in Huangbu Town, container mobile houses are mainly used to create art container shops and fishing areas, providing tourists with unique accommodation and leisure experiences. In addition, container mobile houses can also be widely applied in construction sites, tourist attractions, commercial exhibitions, emergency shelters, and other fields.
