Huaiyuan Prefabricated House Finished Size

Admin September 18, 2026

The finished sizes of Huaiyuan prefabricated houses are divided into three categories: standard sizes, customized sizes, and prefabricated panel sizes, as detailed below:

I. Standard Sizes

Standard sizes are the most widely used specifications in the production of prefabricated houses, offering advantages such as short production cycles and low costs. They are suitable for scenarios with relatively conventional space requirements:

  • 3m × 6m: Suitable for small temporary structures, such as construction site offices, duty rooms, and temporary warehouses. These houses have simple structures, facilitating quick assembly and disassembly to meet short-term usage needs.
  • 4m × 8m: Medium-sized, commonly used for rural self-built houses, storage facilities, or small shops. Their space can accommodate basic residential or commercial functions, balancing practicality and cost-effectiveness.
  • 5m × 10m: Larger space, ideal for family homes, community activity centers, or commercial buildings. These sizes can accommodate more functional areas, meeting the needs of long-term residence or complex commercial scenarios.

II. Customized Sizes

Customized sizes can be flexibly adjusted according to user requirements, site conditions, and functional needs, but they incur additional design fees and have longer production cycles:

  • Width: Typically within the range of 3m to 4m, with 10cm increments as size units (e.g., 3.1m, 3.2m, etc.). Some special requirements can exceed conventional ranges, such as widths of 7.2m or 7.6m, suitable for scenarios with high lateral space requirements.
  • Length: Can be flexibly adjusted according to site conditions, such as 6.6m (outer diameter), etc. Some projects support customization of longer sizes, which need to be designed in conjunction with transportation and installation conditions.
  • Other Parameters: Height and number of floors can also be customized. For example, single-story structures are suitable for low-rise buildings, while double-story structures can expand vertical space to meet multi-story residential or office needs.

III. Prefabricated Panel Sizes (Components of House Structure)

Prefabricated panels are the core structural components of prefabricated houses, and their sizes directly affect the load-bearing capacity and spatial layout of the house:

  • Span (Length): Residential prefabricated panels typically do not exceed 4.2m; customization is required for longer spans. Common specifications include 2.4m, 3.0m, 3.6m, and 4.2m, etc. The appropriate specification should be selected based on the house's span to ensure structural safety.
  • Width: Common widths are 500mm and 600mm, with some panels available in 400mm. The choice of width should consider house design and construction convenience.
  • Thickness: Common thicknesses are 120mm and 150mm, with industrial buildings possibly requiring thicknesses of over 200mm. Thickness directly affects the load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated panels and should be determined based on the house's intended use and load requirements.

Basis for Size Selection:

  • Purpose: Temporary structures tend to favor standard sizes to reduce costs, while long-term residence or commercial use leans towards customized sizes to meet functional requirements.
  • Site Constraints: Narrow sites require precise control of width, while open sites can prioritize larger sizes to improve space utilization.
  • Cost and Efficiency: Standard sizes have short production cycles and low costs, while customized sizes incur additional design fees but can precisely match requirements.
