Huairou Rental Mobile Toilet Process

Admin October 03, 2026

The process of renting mobile toilets in Huairou mainly includes eight steps: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

  1. Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the usage scenario, such as construction sites or event venues, and specify the rental period, the number of mobile toilets required, functional requirements (e.g., whether a sink is needed), and the specific location of the site. This step serves as the foundation for subsequent processes, ensuring that the lessor can accurately understand customer needs.
  2. Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the lessor recommends suitable toilet types, such as standard or luxury models. Then, they calculate various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation fees, and provide the customer with a written quotation to clearly outline the cost structure.
  3. Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the quotation proposal, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract specifies the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the lessor being responsible for the maintenance and repair of mobile toilets, and the customer being responsible for proper use and bearing liability for damages. Meanwhile, the customer needs to pay a certain percentage of the deposit.
  4. Preparation and Delivery: The lessor prepares clean and fully functional mobile toilets according to the agreed time and arranges suitable vehicles to transport them to the customer's designated site.
  5. On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff completes the placement and securing of the mobile toilets (if necessary) based on the actual site conditions and conducts basic functional tests to ensure normal toilet usage.
  6. Rental Service: During the rental period, the lessor provides services as agreed in the contract, including regular cleaning, supply replenishment (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap), and repair services to ensure the normal use and hygiene of the mobile toilets.
  7. Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff removes the securing devices of the mobile toilets (if any) and transports them back for subsequent cleaning and maintenance.
  8. Settlement Closure: The lessor checks all costs incurred during the rental period, such as any additional service fees or damage compensation fees, and then refunds the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire transaction process.
