Huaiji Container House

Admin September 10, 2026

Maintaining a container house in Huaiji covers exterior care, protection of the interior steel structure, everyday use habits, and other precautions, as follows:

Exterior care: Regular cleaning of the container house is essential. As a rule, schedule an exterior clean every one to two years to remove stains, dust, and other debris, keeping the look tidy and helping prevent corrosion. Avoid highly corrosive cleaners; if chemicals contact the surface, wipe them off with a suitable cleaner and touch up the paint promptly. Also protect against sun and moisture so the box and walls do not mildew. When washing exterior walls, do not use steel wool, scrub brushes, or other abrasive products; rinse with clean water from top to bottom to avoid damaging the surface.

Interior steel structure protection: Keep wires and cables from wrapping around steel members to prevent electric shock or leakage hazards. Do not use high-power appliances inside the container house; cut the power when leaving to ensure electrical safety. Do not remove bolts or structural parts at will, so you do not compromise the original stability and strength. After about three years of use, apply a coat of protective paint to the steel structure to extend its service life.

Everyday use habits: Open and close doors and windows gently to avoid damage. Do not jump or run indoors, which can affect structural stability and durability and living safety.

Other precautions: Once the container house is fully installed, do not remodel it yourself. If you need to move it or change the layout, contact the manufacturer or supplier so improper work does not harm overall performance. Repair surface damage promptly; you may coat the whole exterior with highly elastic nano materials to protect the metal roof panels and provide effective heat insulation and waterproofing.
