China Coal Yuanda Huaibei Construction Industrialization Co., Ltd.: This company is jointly funded by China Coal Mine Construction Group Co., Ltd., Changsha Yuanda Residential Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Huaibei Industrial Investment and Operation Co., Ltd., and Huaibei Shengda Construction Investment Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan, it was established in September 2017 and is located in the Lieshan Park Industrial Zone of the Huaibei Economic Development Zone. Its product range is extensive. Residential PC prefabricated components include prefabricated exterior wall panels with decorative finishes and insulation layers, prefabricated columns, prefabricated beams, composite floor slabs, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated balconies, and interior wall structural components with functional pipelines. These components enable industrialized building production, enhancing construction efficiency and quality. Municipal PC prefabricated components encompass underground utility tunnels, double-T beams, pipe culverts, pipe segments, and special-shaped prefabricated components, providing standardized and modular solutions for urban infrastructure construction.
Anhui Baorun Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving Building Materials Co., Ltd.: With a long-standing presence in the northern Anhui market, it is situated in the Suixi Economic Development Zone in Huaibei. Since its establishment in 2013, it has developed a complete product range. Its lightweight partition panel series includes lightweight composite partition panels, foamed cement partition panels, soundproof lightweight partition panels, fireproof partition panels, and prefabricated interior wall panels, characterized by light weight, excellent sound and thermal insulation, and strong fire resistance. Its prefabricated building component series includes prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated partition panels, prefabricated floor slabs, new lightweight partition panels, and components related to the PHF building system, meeting the diverse needs of prefabricated buildings and promoting green and energy-efficient construction.
Prefabricated Component Factory of Huaibei Second Construction and Installation Co., Ltd.: Established on September 2, 1989, it is located at Building D1, Suixi Road (opposite the bus company), Xiangshan District, Huaibei City, Anhui Province, with Tao Yingliang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the production of prefabricated components (subject to valid qualification certificates). However, as of August 24, 2026, the factory has been deregistered and is no longer engaged in the production of prefabricated components.
