How to Use a Mobile Smart Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

The use of a mobile smart toilet requires combining its mobility features with smart functions, with specific operations divided into three parts: mobility adjustment, smart function usage, and precautions.

I. Mobility and Position Adjustment

  1. Mobility Methods

    • Wheeled Chassis: Equipped with heavy-duty universal or directional wheels (wheel diameter 200-400mm), suitable for hardened pavements, concrete floors, or flat grassy areas. It can be manually pushed (speed ≤ 5km/h), and some models support short-distance towing with a towing hook.
    • Mechanical Handling: Forklift slots or lifting rings are reserved for long-distance transfer using a 15-ton forklift or crane. Ensure the forklift tines are fully inserted and the center of gravity is stable, with a lifting speed ≤ 0.3m/s.
  2. Connection and Fixation

    • Sewage/Water Supply: Standardized quick-connect fittings (such as clamp-type) are used for rapid connection to municipal sewage networks or septic tanks. Self-contained toilets have a sewage collection tank with a capacity of 200-400 liters, equipped with a handcart-style sewage outlet.
    • Leveling and Fixation: Adjustable anchor bolts (adjustment range 50-100mm) are used to correct the level. For temporary outdoor use, expansion bolts or screw piles (length 300-600mm) are required for fixation.
  3. Operation Procedures

    • Before Moving: Clear obstacles from the path and confirm the ground bearing capacity is ≥ 5 tons/square meter. For wheeled toilets, check the front wheel steering flexibility and lock the rear wheels.
    • During Moving: Maintain a stable center of gravity when operating a forklift, avoiding sudden stops or tilting.
    • After Fixation: Use a level to check the levelness, connect the sewage pipe, water inlet pipe, and power supply (if any), and test the water seal for leaks.

II. Smart Function Usage (Taking a Smart Toilet as an Example)

  1. Basic Operations

    • Foot-Sensing Flush: Automatically flushes after sitting for more than 10 seconds and leaving the seat; long-press the knob to enter standby mode, which can be awakened by a short press/rotation or sitting down during standby.
    • Cleaning Modes: Rotate the knob counterclockwise after sitting down to activate mobile feminine cleaning, and rotate again to switch to fixed cleaning; a short press of the knob during cleaning triggers flushing and drying.
    • Power-Off Flush: Long-press the knob to flush when the power is off.
  2. Personalized Adjustments

    • Nozzle Position: Supports five-level adjustments to accommodate different body types.
    • Water Pressure: Four-level adjustable to meet cleaning intensity preferences.
    • Warm Air Drying: Linked with cleaning, press the night light button to turn the night light on/off.
  3. Other Functions

    • Nozzle Self-Cleaning: Automatically wets the bowl upon sitting, with a nozzle self-cleaning time of 1 second (can be turned off early by pressing the stop button).
    • Remote Control Pairing: After power-on self-check, rotate the knob long to the feminine cleaning direction and press any button on the remote control. The mainboard beeps in response, indicating successful pairing.

III. Precautions

  • High-Risk Misoperations: Avoid moving wheeled toilets on soft soil or loose sandy ground (wheels may sink); lock the directional wheels when moving on slopes to prevent uncontrolled sliding.
  • Industry Standards: Refer to the "Mobile Toilets" (CJ/T 381-2011) standard to ensure compliance with box dimensions, structural strength, and sewage system requirements.

Actual use should be combined with the specific product manual, and regular inspections of moving part wear and smart function sensitivity should be conducted to ensure safety and performance.
