How to Thread Through the Roof of a Prefabricated Panel House
For threading wires through the roof of a prefabricated panel house, you can utilize the hollow pipes inside the prefabricated panels or the ceiling space. It is strictly prohibited to cut grooves in the prefabricated panel floor for concealed wiring.

Threading Through the Hollow Pipes Inside Prefabricated Panels
If the roof of a prefabricated panel house adopts a prefabricated panel structure, there are usually hollow pipes running straight through inside. These pipes provide a natural passage for threading wires. When laying out concealed wires on the roof, you can place sheathed wires inside these hollow pipes. Sheathed wires have good insulation properties and certain mechanical strength, which can protect the wires from damage by the external environment and prevent the wires from getting tangled or squeezed inside the pipes. When placing the wires, ensure that their specifications and models meet the design requirements. Avoid using wires that are too thin or too thick to prevent affecting the normal operation of the circuit. Additionally, for the convenience of subsequent maintenance and inspection, you can mark both ends of the wires to record their routing and purposes.
Threading Through the Ceiling Space
If the roof has a ceiling, the space inside the ceiling can also be used to arrange wires. When threading wires through the ceiling space, you need to protect the wires with wire conduits to ensure that their insulation properties are not affected. Choose wire conduits that are of reliable quality and comply with national standards. Their specifications should be reasonably selected according to the number and cross-sectional area of the wires. When installing the wire conduits, ensure that they are firmly fixed to prevent the wires from swaying randomly inside the ceiling. You can use special pipe clamps or hangers to fix the wire conduits to the ceiling joists, with the fixing spacing meeting the specification requirements. At the same time, pay attention to ensuring that the bending radius of the wire conduits complies with the regulations to avoid sharp bends or dead bends, which could affect the insertion and withdrawal of the wires.
Strictly Prohibited: Cutting Grooves in the Prefabricated Panel Floor for Concealed Wiring
The structure of the prefabricated panel floor is relatively fragile. Cutting grooves in the floor for concealed wiring will damage the structural integrity of the floor and reduce its load-bearing capacity, thus posing a safety hazard. Therefore, when threading wires through the roof, you must strictly abide by this regulation and must not cut grooves in the prefabricated panel floor.
