How to Rent Prefabricated Assembled Houses
The rental process for prefabricated assembled houses typically includes five steps: requirement communication, site inspection, contract signing, house transportation and installation, and usage and return. Details are as follows:

Requirement communication is the starting point of the rental process. Tenants need to clarify the purpose of the house, such as for living, office use, or temporary commercial activities; determine the required area based on the number of occupants or functional needs; and propose functional requirements, such as whether an independent bathroom or kitchen is needed. After informing the rental company of these requirements, the rental company will provide solutions based on the actual situation and recommend optional house types, such as single-story or double-story structures, and houses made of different materials.
Site inspection is a crucial step to ensure the smooth installation of the house. The rental company will arrange professional personnel to inspect the site, focusing on evaluating the terrain, geological conditions, and surrounding environment. For example, if the site has a significant slope, leveling may be required first; if the soil is soft, reinforcement may be necessary to ensure the stability of the house after installation. Only when the site conditions meet the requirements can subsequent installation work proceed.
Contract signing is an important step to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. In the contract, detailed agreements should be made on the house specifications, including dimensions, materials, and functional configurations; the rental period, specifying the start and end dates; the rent payment method, such as one-time payment or installment payment; and the maintenance responsibilities, determining which maintenance items are the responsibility of the rental company and which are the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period. Tenants should carefully read each clause before signing the contract to avoid disputes due to misunderstandings.
House transportation and installation are the responsibility of the rental company. The rental company will produce the prefabricated house according to the contract requirements and transport it to the site. Upon arrival, a professional installation team will assemble the house and conduct power and water connection tests to ensure that all functions of the house are operating normally. Some rental companies offer a service model that can complete on-site hoisting within 72 hours, greatly shortening the installation time and improving efficiency.
During the usage and return phase, tenants can use the house as needed. When returning the house, the rental company will be responsible for asset recovery and disposal, including dismantling the house and transporting it back. If the tenant needs to move the house, the rental company can also provide dismantling services and transport the house to a new location for reassembly, facilitating tenants to adjust the usage location according to actual needs. In addition, during the rental process, tenants should also pay attention to indicators such as the structural safety, fire rating, and thermal insulation performance of the house, and choose to cooperate with companies that provide standardized test reports to ensure usage safety.
