How to Produce Mobile Toilets

Admin September 23, 2026

There are various ways to produce mobile toilets, mainly including production using water storage barrels or tanks, welding, assembly, and painting processes, as well as classification production based on structural forms and mobility methods.

Producing mobile toilets using water storage barrels or tanks is a relatively simple method. In specific operations, first, use an angle grinder to cut the water storage barrels or tanks to create a suitable spatial structure. Then, fix universal wheels to make the entire device mobile. Next, install wooden strips and plastic soft boards to build a movable toilet frame. Inside the frame, install necessary facilities such as toilets, water tanks, showers, and washbasins, and connect the water inlet and outlet pipes to ensure the effective operation of the entire system and meet basic usage needs.

The welding, assembly, and painting process is a relatively common and professional method in mobile toilet production. This process includes three major steps: welding, assembly, and painting. In the welding step, from frame keels to support structures, every weld is carefully processed to ensure a sturdy structure that can withstand a certain amount of weight and external forces. The assembly step involves reasonably combining the various welded components to form a complete mobile toilet structure. Finally, painting not only enhances the aesthetic appearance of the mobile toilet but also provides a certain degree of protection, extending its service life. This production method is suitable for large-scale customization and can be widely applied in various places such as scenic spots, schools, amusement parks, and camping bases without being restricted by terrain.

In addition, mobile toilets can also be classified and produced based on their structural forms and mobility methods. According to structural forms, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and have a simple structure; composite-structure mobile toilets are composed of multiple parts and may have richer functions. According to mobility methods, they can be divided into lifting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets require external equipment for movement; powered and towed mobile toilets have their own power or can be moved by being towed by vehicles, making them more flexible and convenient to use.
