How to Produce Mobile Toilets

Admin September 21, 2026

There are mainly several methods for producing mobile toilets, including using water storage barrels or tanks, using chemical barrels, and factory-prefabricated finished mobile toilets. Here are the specific introductions:

Production using water storage barrels or tanks: First, split or cut the water storage barrel or tank into the desired shape from the middle to form two halves or an open tank body, providing basic space for the subsequent installation of other components. Next, fix universal wheels at the bottom, which is a crucial step to enable the mobility of the mobile toilet, facilitating movement across different sites. Then, use materials such as wooden strips and plastic soft boards to increase the height, build walls, and construct a roof, providing necessary shelter and privacy for the toilet. After that, cut out a door frame on the barrel or tank body and install a door and door handle to ensure normal access for people. Then, drill a hole at the bottom and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain for sewage discharge. Finally, install sanitary facilities such as toilets, water tanks, washbasins, and showerheads, and connect the water inlet and outlet pipes to enable basic toilet functions.

Production using chemical barrels: First, prepare two large chemical barrels, remove the steel bars on top, and use a cutting machine to completely cut off the plastic barrel lids. Place the two plastic barrels upside down together and fix the upper and lower parts with an iron frame to ensure structural stability. Cut out the size of a door frame on one side, and also cut the inner plastic barrel accordingly to reserve space for door installation. Use rectangular iron sheets and screws to fix the gap between the two plastic barrels to prevent water leakage. Drill holes in the corners of the plastic barrels and install PVC pipes, apply sealant, and cut off the excess PVC pipes for drainage. Install facilities such as toilets, water tanks, and washbasins, and connect the water inlet pipes to meet basic usage needs. Finally, use PVC pipes to make a showerhead and install a wooden door and door handle.

Factory-prefabricated finished mobile toilets: Mobile toilets are usually composed of a frame structure welded from steel. The bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams, and the columns use square steel, making this structure sturdy and durable. Install wall materials such as color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass, stainless steel, and metal carved panels on the wall foundation. These materials have different characteristics and can be selected according to actual needs. The frame structure can meet lifting requirements, allowing for easy movement and lifting. The internal configuration is superior to that of ordinary fixed toilets, including facilities such as toilets, washbasins, and lighting, providing a more comfortable user experience.
