How to Prefabricate Prefab Houses Well
To prefabricate prefab houses well, it is necessary to control various aspects such as modular disassembly, customized production, and specific prefabrication operations.

Modular Disassembly and Factory Prefabrication
The entire house is disassembled into independent standard modules, such as a bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom set, and a corridor section, each made into a standardized box module. All processes are completed in the factory, including welding of the steel structure main body to ensure the stability of the house structure; wall laying to provide basic support for the house; pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines to plan the water and electricity routes in advance and avoid damage during later construction; installation of doors and windows to ensure their sealing and stability; full-house fine decoration to enhance the overall aesthetics and comfort of the house; waterproof and fireproof testing to ensure the safety of house use; and safety quality inspection to ensure that each module meets quality standards. When leaving the factory, each module is a complete room with decoration, water and electricity, and supporting facilities, achieving 'finished product upon leaving the factory' and reducing on-site construction time and errors.
Customized Production and Modular Packaging
According to the needs of overseas customers, customize the house layout, style, and functions to meet the personalized needs of different customers. The factory conducts batch production of modules to improve production efficiency. All modules are uniformly coded and classified for acceptance, facilitating management and traceability. Provide waterproof, anti-corrosion, and anti-seismic protection to adapt to the ocean shipping environment and ensure that the modules are not damaged during transportation, guaranteeing the quality of the house.
Specific Prefabrication Operations
- Foundation Prefabrication: Level the foundation and pour a cushion layer. After excavating the foundation pit, lay white plastic cloth to prevent groundwater infiltration. Use a concrete pump truck to pour the foundation, and do not use steel bars in the foundation to reduce costs. After the concrete solidifies, install the foundation plate, use a drill to make holes and fix it with expansion screws to ensure the stability of the foundation plate. Then install the pre-fabricated foundation piles weighing about 5 tons, with reserved holes at the four corners for easy lifting. Install the crossbeams, measure and adjust them horizontally, and then fix them with nuts. Fill the gaps between the crossbeams and the foundation piles with expanding foam glue, and seal the nut fixation points with cement to enhance the stability and sealing of the foundation.
- House Main Body Prefabrication: The ceilings, walls, waterproof layers of bathrooms, etc., of the house are made in the factory to ensure quality. Some scattered components are first produced separately on the second or third floor and then sent to the assembly platform, where welding robots and highly automated methods are used to complete the assembly, improving production accuracy and efficiency.
