How to Paste on the Outside of Container Houses
The following steps can be followed to paste on the outside of container houses:

I. Preparation Ensure that the surface of the container is clean and dry, free from oil stains, dust, and other impurities. These contaminants can reduce the adhesion of the sticker and affect its appearance. It is recommended to use a specialized cleaner or alcohol to wipe the surface and wait for it to dry completely before proceeding with subsequent operations. At the same time, prepare tools such as stickers, tape measures, scissors, and scrapers in advance, and select stickers with waterproof, sun-resistant, and wear-resistant properties according to the usage environment, such as outdoor-specific PVC stickers or reflective films.
II. Measurement and Cutting Use a tape measure to accurately measure the length, width, height, and dimensions of special structures (such as doors, windows, and vents) of the container to ensure that the sticker covers the area completely. Based on the measurement data, mark the cutting lines on the back of the sticker with a pencil, paying attention to leaving a 5-10 mm margin for adjustments. When cutting, keep the scissors sharp and cut smoothly along the marked lines to avoid burrs or tears at the edges, which can affect the fitting effect.
III. Positioning and Pasting Place the cut sticker in its corresponding position on the container initially and lightly mark the four corners and key edges of the sticker on the surface of the container with a pencil as a reference for pasting. Starting from one side of the sticker (such as the top or left side), slowly peel off about 10-15 cm of the backing paper while gently pressing from the center to the edges with a scraper to expel air and ensure tight adhesion between the sticker and the container. Gradually peel off the remaining backing paper and repeat the scraping action to ensure there are no air bubbles or wrinkles. For curved surfaces or corners, use a hot air blower to slightly heat the sticker to make it easier to fit the surface curvature.
IV. Trimming the Edges After the sticker is completely pasted, use a sharp utility knife or paper cutter to trim the excess parts along the edges of the container, keeping the blade at a 45-degree angle to the container to avoid scratching the surface. After trimming, check if the edges are flat and press them again with a scraper if necessary to ensure a seamless connection between the sticker and the container.
V. Precautions
- Environmental Requirements: Avoid operating in rainy weather, when the humidity is >70%, or when the temperature is <5°C. Low temperatures can make the sticker brittle, and high humidity can easily cause air bubbles.
- Surface Protection: Wear cotton gloves during the pasting process to prevent fingerprints or hard objects from scratching the coating of the container.
- Post-Maintenance: Avoid touching or moving the container within 24 hours after pasting to ensure that the sticker is completely cured. Regularly clean the surface of the sticker and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
