How to Make the Frame of a Mobile Toilet
The frame of a mobile toilet can be constructed using a water storage tank and a pallet as the basic structure. Here are the specific steps:

Step 1: Install the universal wheels Select a plastic pallet as the bottom support structure, which should have a certain load-bearing capacity and be corrosion-resistant. Fix universal wheels at each of the four corners of the pallet, ensuring that the installation positions of the universal wheels are symmetrical and stable. The specifications of the universal wheels should be selected according to the overall weight and usage scenario of the mobile toilet. For example, a small mobile toilet used on flat ground can choose light-duty universal wheels with a diameter of 5-8 centimeters. If it needs to be moved on complex terrain, heavy-duty universal wheels with a diameter of more than 10 centimeters and equipped with brakes should be selected. During installation, use bolts or special fasteners to fix them to prevent them from falling off during use.
Step 2: Process the water storage tank and build the outer frame The recycled water storage tank needs to be pre-processed: First, thoroughly clean the inside of the tank to remove residual stains and odors; second, check the integrity of the tank to rule out cracks or deformation problems. Cut off the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank. The cutting surface should be flat to avoid gaps during subsequent assembly. Invert and stack the processed tanks, and determine the number of stacking layers according to the designed height (usually 2-3 layers can meet the space requirements for adult use). Use self-tapping screws to penetrate and fix from the outside of the tank to form a stable outer frame structure. The spacing between self-tapping screws should be controlled at 10-15 centimeters to ensure uniform stress on the entire outer frame.
Step 3: Cut the door frame opening Cut a rectangular opening on the front (user entry and exit direction) of the outer frame of the water storage tank as the door frame. The opening size should conform to ergonomics: The height should be set at 180 centimeters to ensure that most adults can pass through without bending over; the width should be set at 50 centimeters to take into account both passage convenience and structural stability. When cutting, use an angle grinder or a special cutting tool to keep the cut vertical and the edges smooth, avoiding burrs that may scratch users or affect door installation. After cutting, polish the edges and apply anti-rust paint for protection if necessary.
Step 4: Install the door structure Fix hinges on the left or right side of the door frame opening (according to design requirements). The number of hinges should be determined according to the weight of the door (usually 2-3 are sufficient). The installation position of the hinges should be kept 5-10 millimeters away from the edge of the door frame to avoid friction between the door and the frame when opening and closing. Cut a piece of wood to match the size of the door frame as the door body, and install the other end of the hinges at the corresponding position on the door body to ensure a tight connection between the door body and the frame and smooth opening and closing. The edges of the door body can be wrapped with rubber strips or sealing strips to improve the sealing and odor-proof effects during use. If security needs to be increased, locks or bolts can be installed on the door body.
