How to Make the Frame of a Mobile Toilet
Admin October 11, 2026
The production of the frame for a mobile toilet should be carried out according to the material type and structural characteristics, mainly divided into two forms: steel structure frame and fiberglass integrated molding frame. The specific production methods are as follows:

I. Selection of Main Frame Materials
- Steel Structure Frame
It uses galvanized square tubes or channel steels as the main materials, forming a load-bearing structure through welding. Galvanizing treatment can effectively prevent rust and corrosion, extending the service life. This type of frame has strong load-bearing and wind-resistance capabilities, suitable for large-scale or long-term fixed mobile toilets. - Fiberglass Integrated Molding Frame
It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (fiberglass) through integrated molding in a mold, with no welding points, good overall sealing performance, and a smooth appearance. It is characterized by being lightweight and corrosion-resistant, but with relatively weak load-bearing capacity, suitable for small single units or scenarios requiring frequent relocation.
II. Hierarchical Structural Design of the Frame
- Bottom Structure
Use channel steels or I-beams to weld the chassis as the main load-bearing part. Ensure that the chassis is flat and the welding points are firm to withstand the tension and pressure during lifting and avoid deformation. - Column Support
Use square steels or square tubes as vertical supports, evenly distributed to enhance vertical stability. The height of the columns should be adjusted according to the overall design of the toilet to ensure that a regular cuboid structure is formed after connecting with the top crossbeams. - Welding Process
Full-welding process should be adopted at key connection points to ensure uniform welds without pores and improve the overall strength of the frame. After welding, check whether the welding points are flat to avoid sharp protrusions affecting subsequent installation or use safety.
III. Assembly Steps and Precautions
- Installation of Base Components
Arrange the base components according to the markings on the drawings and initially fix them with connecting pins or bolts. Use a level to check the levelness of the base and adjust it with shims if necessary to ensure the stability of subsequent installations. - Installation of Column Components
Insert the lower end of the columns into the reserved interfaces on the base, use a level or plumb line to check the perpendicularity to avoid uneven stress on the structure due to tilting. The connection points between the columns and the base should be reinforced, such as by adding triangular support plates. - Connection of Top Crossbeams
Install the top crossbeams to form a complete frame and check each connection point for firmness. Gently shake to test the overall rigidity. If a telescopic design is adopted, unfold each section in sequence and lock the buckles. It is recommended that two people cooperate during the assembly process to prevent components from slipping and causing injuries.
After production is completed, an overall inspection should be carried out, focusing on checking the welding quality, structural stability, and levelness to ensure that the frame meets the design requirements and has safe load-bearing capacity.
