How to Make a Prefabricated House Transport Vehicle
Admin September 19, 2026
When making a prefabricated house transport vehicle, you can refer to the design concept of the roof panel installation and transport vehicle and plan according to specific needs. Here are the general production points:

Structural Composition Design
- Brackets and Support Beams: Design two triangular brackets at the front and rear, which are the main load-bearing structures of the entire transport vehicle. Connect support beams in the front-to-rear direction between the two triangular brackets. The rear end of the support beam needs to extend backward beyond the triangular bracket at the rear, and an electric hoist is fixed at the rear end of the support beam for hoisting components of the prefabricated house.
- Rollers and Tracks: Install two rollers, one on the left and one on the right, on each triangular bracket. At the same time, lay channel steel tracks below the rollers so that the transport vehicle can move along the tracks. The channel steel tracks are assembled from multiple sections. Set a backing plate at the joint between two adjacent channel steel tracks. An groove corresponding to the width of the channel steel track is opened on the backing plate to ensure the stability and flatness of the track assembly.
- Elastic Pins and Ropes: Symmetrically install two elastic pins, one on the left and one on the right, on the triangular bracket at the front. A slope facing the rollers is set at the end of the pin, and the pin can be reset towards the rollers. A fixed block is set on the triangular bracket, and the pin passes through the fixed block and can move left and right. A compression spring is sleeved on the pin. Connect a rope between the two pins on the left and right. A positioning column is set in the middle of the triangular bracket. After the middle of the rope is hung on the positioning column, the two pins on the left and right can move away from the rollers simultaneously, playing a certain positioning and adjusting role.
- Reinforcing Rods: Connect multiple inclined reinforcing rods between the two triangular brackets at the front and rear and the support beams to enhance the stability and strength of the entire structure and ensure that it can withstand a large weight during transportation and hoisting.
Functional Implementation Considerations
- Hoisting and Moving Functions: Use the electric hoist to hoist components of the prefabricated house such as roof center area panels. Move the entire device in a straight line by rolling the rollers on the tracks, facilitating the laying of panels row by row.
- Adaptability to High-Low Span Construction: When designing, consider the ability to meet the needs of hoisting steel components during high-low span construction. The structure and parameters of the transport vehicle can be adjusted according to the actual construction situation.
