How to Make Prefabricated House Beams
The production process of prefabricated house beams (prefabricated beams) is as follows:

Construction Preparation
The site needs to be leveled and a prefabrication yard set up, dividing it into functional areas such as a steel bar and steel strand processing yard, a steel bar pre-tying area, a beam prefabrication area, and a finished beam storage area. At the same time, materials such as steel bars, steel strands, cement, sand, and stones, as well as equipment like mixers and gantry cranes, should be prepared to ensure that the material quality meets standards and the equipment performs stably.
Steel Bar Processing and Binding
According to the design drawings and specification requirements, steel bars are cut and bent to ensure precise dimensions, shapes, and quantities. They are then bound in order on a dedicated steel bar binding platform: first, bind the bottom plate's bottom-layer steel bars, then install the web and flange plate stirrups, followed by arranging the prestressed ducts. After that, bind the top plate's bottom-layer steel bars, and finally install the top plate's corrugated pipes, steel bar skeleton lifting rings, and embedded pipe fitting positioning frames to ensure the structural stability of the steel bar skeleton.
Formwork Installation
Before formwork installation, it should be thoroughly cleaned and coated with an appropriate release agent. First, install the bottom formwork, place it on the beam-making platform, and adjust its position and elevation. Use a gantry crane to lift the side formwork to the designated position and firmly connect it to the bottom formwork. After the bottom and web steel bars are bound, erect the inner formwork. The inner formwork is assembled into a whole in sections outside and then installed in place with a gantry crane to ensure tight formwork joints and prevent concrete leakage.
Threading Steel Strands (if required)
If the prefabricated beam requires steel strands to enhance its load-bearing capacity, high-strength steel strands are threaded through the embedded steel pipes set in the steel formwork to ensure accurate and straight positioning of the steel strands, preparing for subsequent prestressed tensioning.
Concrete Pouring
Concrete is strictly mixed according to the mix ratio at the mixing plant and transported to the site using concrete mixer trucks. Usually, pouring starts from one end of the box girder and progresses backward layer by layer. First, pour the bottom plate, then the web. When pouring the web, pour it longitudinally in sections and horizontally in layers towards the other end to ensure uniform and dense concrete pouring.
Concrete Vibration
High-frequency attached vibrators are mainly used, supplemented by immersion vibrators, to vibrate the concrete, ensuring that air bubbles inside the concrete are fully discharged, improving the concrete's density, and avoiding quality issues such as honeycombs and pitted surfaces.
Curing and Formwork Removal
After concrete pouring is completed, curing is carried out. After curing is finished, the formwork is removed, and the prefabricated beam is taken out of the mold. The appearance quality of the beam is inspected, and any defects are promptly addressed.
Subsequent Processing
According to the design requirements, prestressed tensioning and duct grouting are carried out (if required). Finally, the prefabricated beam is transported to the site for installation. If the prefabricated beam does not require steel strands, the step of threading steel strands is omitted. First, concrete pouring is carried out, followed by subsequent processes such as reinforcement and splitting of the prefabricated beam.
