How to Make Prefabricated Concrete Houses
The production process of prefabricated concrete houses mainly includes site investigation, cement mixing and foundation pit pouring, mold placement and cement perfusion, enhancing structural robustness, mold removal, roof construction and cement pouring, and floor slab production. Here is a detailed introduction:

1. Site Investigation
Before constructing a prefabricated concrete house, a comprehensive site investigation of the residential land is necessary. Understand the geological conditions, topography, and surrounding environment of the land to determine the layout, dimensions, and foundation type of the house, providing an accurate basis for subsequent construction.
2. Cement Mixing and Foundation Pit Pouring
Mix cement and sand in appropriate proportions in a mixer to ensure uniform mixing and achieve the required strength and performance. Pour the mixed cement immediately into the pre-dug foundation pit and use a small shovel to level it, ensuring an even thickness of the cement layer at the bottom of the pit and laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.
3. Mold Placement and Cement Perfusion
Place pre-made molds on the cement-laid foundation pit. The shape and dimensions of the molds should be determined according to the design requirements of the house. Slowly pour the mixed cement into the molds until they are full, taking care to avoid air bubbles and voids during the perfusion process to ensure dense cement filling.
4. Enhancing Structural Robustness
Insert a rod, which can be a high-strength material like steel reinforcement, into the columns of each foundation pit. This step enhances the robustness of the columns, improves the overall load-bearing capacity and stability of the house, and enables it to better resist various external forces.
5. Mold Removal
After the cement has solidified to a certain strength, carefully remove the molds. Pay attention to the operation method when removing the molds to avoid damaging the formed cement components and ensure a flat surface and accurate dimensions of the components.
6. Roof Construction and Cement Pouring
Place the roof panels on the erected columns and use the columns to support the roof to prevent collapse. Pour cement again on top of the roof and use a small scraper to evenly level the cement, forming a flat surface on the roof and improving its waterproof performance and aesthetics.
7. Floor Slab Production
After completing the cement pouring and leveling of the roof, remove the mold plates to complete the production of the floor slab. At this point, the basic structure of the prefabricated concrete house has been formed, and subsequent internal decoration and facility installation can be carried out as needed.
